The best hotel I stay
The location and the view is fabulous and
all the staff and chief and the owner are super friendly and helpful .
The room don't have air conditioner for the hot sunny day .
Amazing property with amazing views.
Just wish there was another way to access the property
Very nice staff. Room normal, food normal for an hostel
To reach it you need to take a chairlift very hold and slow (30/35 min). No snow No slopes No info No menü a la cart.. Dinner at 7 pm
Aussieht

staff apart from owner- good.
Our stay at BichlAlm Berggasthof was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The owner behaved shockingly rude and unprofessional. While I was quietly watching a handball game at the bar, he approached us twice — first making inappropriate comments, and then telling me to leave because he “doesn’t like” guests watching sports. I have never seen anything like this in a hotel claiming to be luxury.
The room also had silverfish, which I had already reported to the staff. Completely unacceptable for a hotel charging USD 522 per night.
The property also misleads guests about parking and access. You cannot drive to the hotel. Parking is 2 km away, you must take a ski lift (which costs extra), and the lift closes at 17:00. This means you can’t enjoy a full ski day or dine in town without risking getting stranded.
Beautiful scenery cannot make up for the disrespectful behavior, the misleading information, and the lack of basic standards.
I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
