Hätte ich die Bettwanze nicht gefunden, wäre der Aufenthalt wirklich gut gewesen.
Pros:

Das Hostel war recht klein, der Check-In verlief auch ohne Probleme und das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit :)

Tipp: Der Eingang befindet sich auf der Rückseite (Fußgängerzone) von dem gelben Gebäude.

Cons:

Leider habe ich während der ersten Nacht eine tote Bettwanze an dem Bettvorhang gefunden…
Ich hä zwar ein neues Bett im selben Zimmer bekommen, hä mich aber dadurch einfach nicht sehr wohl gefühlt.

入住時馬桶裡有一根毛
馬桶坐下自動沖水&一般沖水的時候因為馬桶太淺
水都會濺到坐墊跟屁股很噁

Unsafe due to damp and mould
Pros:

Location is amazing.

Cons:

We have previously stayed at this hotel on two occasions and left great reviews. Unfortunately on our third visit this week, we left one night into a three night booking due to serious mould on the roof (visible black spores), wallpaper that is severely coming off the wall, other signs of mould and a very damp smell throughout. Unfortunately this impacted my husband’s health. When we left, we told the staff about this issue and they said “sorry” - I think based on this and other reviews, the staff are aware of these issues. Also had a very rude check-in experience. Wonderwall - I hope you can tackle these issues and return to the great hotel you were.

Dont be fooled by its fancy appearance
Pros:

The place looks really good and the toilets are fancy.

Cons:

There were bed bugs. The AC was leaking and there was mold.

Pros:

設施維持上次入住品質，依舊舒適乾淨

Cons:

床鋪插座被上一個房客用壞了，入住時問我該如何充電，說只能去交誼廳充電或借用行動電源給我....然後說隔天退房時會有主管商討優惠事宜也沒有.....

整體還算舒適，離西門町很近。不過飯店位置電梯不好找，大樓外面沒有明顯的指示標示，要找到正確電梯才會知道！希望能夠改善。
Pros:

1.環境乾淨，晚上算安靜。
2.大廳有小餅乾與飲料可以享用很不錯。

Cons:

1.空調味道不佳，出風口灰塵居多，且有霉煙味的感覺，久吹易頭暈，希望能多加改善。
2.房間離廁所稍遠，且需要經管制門，稍嫌不便利。

Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

Extremely musty and moldy walls. It’s also carpeted for some reason and not well kept.

Male staff come into the women’s bathroom for unimportant reasons while you’re in there.
