Pros:

La ubicación, esta bien comunicado, y se puede ir andando al centro si no tienes problemas de movilidad. Tiene lo básico para pasar unos días.

Cons:

La limpieza, es pésima, y además no hay posibilidad de mantener un mínimo de higiene, no dejan nada para limpiar. La distribución es un poco rara, hay dos habitaciones juntas y tienes que atravesar una para llegar a otra.

Понравилось месторасположение, номер был чистый и было все необходимое для проживания.

Cons:

не понравилось то что бронировала номер площадью 46м, а дали маленький 32м.Не понравилось что ни разу за семь дней не пришли убрать и вынести мусор.

Nice aparment with excellent location and good value for money
Pros:

A spacious flat that can accommodate 8 people. The owner provides everything you need, including dishwasher tablets. The location was excellent - two tram stops in the nearby, including one on a busy street along the banks of the Vltava, which meant access to public transport was very good. There is a Lidl supermarket within walking distance of the flat.
Check-in went very smoothly and without any problems. The Wifi was present all over the flat and it was fast.

Cons:

As the flat is in the attic, it can get quite hot on sunny days. The window overlooks the busy railway tracks, but it is not disturbing the sleep. Some of the plates were dirty at out arrival, and the dishwasher didn’t always clean them properly - fortunately the dishwashing liquid and sponge is provided by the owner.
At one point, the toilet flush broke down, but we managed to fix it ourselves.
Unfortunately, you can’t always get through to reception - we never managed to, and no one called us back.
For those with mobility issues - our flat was on the 4th floor, with no lift.
For those who value security - there is no key for the flat. The door opens using a link and cannot be locked mechanically with a key. However, the neighbourhood is very safe and this shouldn’t be a problem.

Dobré, účelné ale strohé základní vybavení, čistota, pohodlný elektronický vstup do domu, bytu.

Cons:

Nefunkční televize!, celou neděli a pondělí ráno jen studená voda v koupelně!, odlepena tapeta v kuchyni, chybějící aspoň jeden noční stolek (knihy, mobil, brýle …odkládat na podlahu…)

Dichtbij tram, stad makkelijk bereikbaar en flexibel dat we de hele dag er in en uit konden

Dat we op de hoogste verdieping zaten. Maar dat verpeste de sfeer niet

Gute Lage und preiswerte Unterkunft
Pros:

Sehr hübsches Gebäude mit ausreichen vielen Betten. Zwar etwas feste Matratzen aber dafür ein sehr kuscheliges Kissen und ingesamt eine gut ausgestattete Küche und eine angenehme Atmosphäre in Appartement

Cons:

Hinter den Betten hat sich sehr viel Staub und Dreck angesammelt der nicht entfernt wurde.
Es gab keine Mülltonnen im Appartement.
