Bästa semestern! Inga klagomål.
Pros:

Väldigt fräscht och rent. Superfint! Så många val av pooler- allt från vattenland till lyxiga pooler med bar/service. Superb mat. Härlig strand med bar och restaurang och gratis solbäddar. All personal var väldigt trevlig! Har verkligen inget att klaga på! Den enda anledningen till att vi kanske väljer ett annat hotell nästa år är att det inte finns en kids club för äldre barn (>7). Angående läget så störde det inte oss men vägen mellan hotellet och stranden kanske är ett minus för några, men det finns en vägvakt och viadukten under vägen är fräsch och säker.

Pros:

Hotelli on siisti ja viihtyisä, kaikki on uutta. Vesipuisto oli 5 vuotiaan lapsemme mieleen ja liukumäet olivat kivoja. Hän tykkäsi myös lasten discosta. Illallisella ruoka oli buffetiksi oikein maittavaa ja aamupala oli monipuolinen. Uima-altaat olivat kivat ja viihtyisät ja rantakin oli hyvä. Vesipullot yms uusittiin huoneessa aina siivouksen yhteydessä. Hieronta Hellenic Spassa oli rentouttava ja oikein hyvä.

Cons:

Huoneet olivat siistit mutta melko pienet. A’la carte vaihtoehtoihin oli todella vaikea saada varauksia. Palvelu vastaanotossa olisi voinut olla välillä parempaa, esim. joihinkin kyselyihin suhtauduttiin hieman nuivasti vaikka asioita lähdettiin kyllä sitten selvittämään. Lounasvaihtoehtoja on alueella aika vähän, mikä ei ollut meille ongelma koska meillä oli auto mutta jos ei ole autoa niin vaihtoehtoja on aika vähän ja hotellin lounasbuffet tai all inclusive vaihtoehdot ovat aika tyyriitä.

generally a pleasant experience with small hiccups
Pros:

new, clean, near beautiful large beach. Suites guest get free access to the beach first front beds.
À la carte food was great. Main restaurant food was alright.

Cons:

this hotel is very much catering to the german speaking tourists. Our family speaks english and greek and we felt very out of place as all staff per default would speak german to us even after a few days of us keep interacting with them.
Only a few staff members spoke back greek to us.

Rooms are very small.

Une valeur sûre en Créte
Pros:

La chambre était très propre, bien agencée, moderne. Nous avions une piscine privée partagée avec un accès depuis notre terrasse. Les restaurants sont très bien que ce soit le buffet ou les 3 restaurants que nous avons.faits (crétois, gastronomique et BBQ). Les enfants ont adoré l'Aquapark. L'accès a la plage est facile en 4 mn à pied. La plage est vraiment sympa et l'eau était encore bonne En octobre nous n'avons pas eu de problème de fréquentation. Le staff est vraiment bien, accueillant et efficace que ce soit pour l'entretien des chambres, la réception ou dans les restaurants. Une valeur sûre en somme !

Cons:

L'insonorisation des chambres est perfectible par rapport au bruit dans le couloir, dérangeant surtout le matin avec des familles de léve-tot qui ne se souciaient pas trop du sommeil des autres.
Un point de detail sans incidence pour nous : l'hôtel était occupé essentiellement de clients allemands et le personnel a donc tendance a communiquer d'abord en Allemand.

- sehr gepflegte Anlage

- leckeres und reichhaltiges Essen
- super Getränkeauswahl im AI

Cons:

- Zimmer (Junior Suite) sehr klein und sehr hellhörig
- das Hauptbett ist sehr durchgelegen, das Kinderbett hat die Bezeichnung Bett nicht verdient. Darauf kann niemand schlafen. Man merkt jede Strebe, jede Feder, das ging leider gar nicht
- im Bad waren leider Spinnenweben

Großartiges kleines Hotel um mit der ganzen Familie zu entspannen
Pros:

War zum 2. Mal mit den Kindern dort. Hatten wieder eine Suite mit Sharingpool. Das Zimmer ist stilvoll und sauber. Minibar (in AI inklusive) wird täglich gefüllt.
Das Essen ist absolute Spitze und auch für Veganer/Vegetarier sind großartige Aufläufe etc. dabei.
Am Strand gibt es Liegen und Balibetten (bei AI ist hier auch der Bestellservice inklusive). Bar, Restaurant und Sweetcorner am Strand bieten mittags köstliche Speisen und Getränke. 2x die Woche kann am Strand ein BBQ- oder Meze-Abend gebucht werden.
Der Rutschenpark ist für die Kinder ein Highlite.
Personal ist immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Animation gibt‘s im Nachbarhotel.
Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen!

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Room was spacious and spotless, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The gym had a wide variety of equipment and free weights. There was plenty of delicious food with options for everyone. Lots of entertainment, live shows and fun activities throughout the day. The waterpark was a blast.

Cons:

Trop de monde à la piscine.
Le plus désagréable c’est les gens qui fument autour de la piscine, au bar et à la plage sur les transats. Je ne comprends pas comment c’est possible que cela soit encore autorisé en 2025 de fumer aussi proche des enfants. La fumée passive est dangereuse !

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit Baby
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Georgioupolis Suites & Aqua Park. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und modern, das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt.

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das abwechslungsreiche und leckere Buffet, bei dem wirklich für jeden etwas dabei war. Auch mit unserer 11 Monate alten Tochter hat alles problemlos geklappt – das Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich.

Insgesamt ein entspannter Urlaub mit tollem Service in schöner Umgebung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Nice rooms, recommend presidential suites in the main building. Swimming pools were very nice, not crowded and noisy as in many hotels. Good food and wine, excellent dinners at the beach included in halfboard. Sandy beach was wild and beautiful with cozy belibeds and lots of bars in walking distance. With kids more than comfortable, still time to relax.

Cons:

Not all the staff was able to speak English. Towels were only at the reception.
