Es war sehr toll und wir werden ihr Haus sicherlich weiter empfehlen bzw. selber nochmals anreisen
Pros:

Es hat alles sehr gut gepasst, Note 10.

Cons:

Das Abendessen sollte bei Schönwetter auch im Freien eingenommen werden können.
Im Zimmer bzw. am Balkon, welcher ja sehr grosszügig ist, fehlt ein Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, sodass
man noch gemütlich ein Fläschchen oder Kartenspielen könnte.
Diese Punkte sind keine Beschwerde sondern nur eine eventuelle Anregung.

Jeden z piękniejszych regionów i najlepszych hoteli, w jakim kiedykolwiek byłam. Na pewno wrócę!
Pros:

- czysty, zadbany, nowoczesny obiekt z przepięknym widokiem z każdej części hotelu;
- przepięknie zaprojektowany, pokoje duże, wygodne w drewnianym stylu (dodatkowo na wstępie dostępne kapcie oraz szlafroki do strefy SPA);
- basen i przestrzeń SPA wyjątkowe, odpoczynek i joga z takim widokiem to coś niesamowitego;
- bardzo dobre, lokalne produkty serwowane na śniadaniu, ogromny wybór; polecam skorzystanie z kilkudaniowej kolacji - porcje są idealne, a dania przepyszne; (do wyboru jest wersja również wegetariańska);
- duży parking, bez problemu można znaleźć miejsce postojowe;
- miła i pomocna obsługa;
- mimo dużej liczby gości - nie było to odczuwalne, spokojnie można znaleźć miejsce dla siebie do wypoczynku;
- blisko (nawet spacerem) do kolejek górskich; w ramach pobytu dostaje się również kartę Leogang, gdzie za darmo można skorzystać z kilku atrakcji w regionie;

I expected more for the price
Pros:

Beautiful location, easy access to the gondola (1 per day offered by the hotel).
1 restaurant in a walking distance
Facilities are beautiful and pool water super clean

Cons:

Staff are not well trained ( not prepared to check in, explain about the surroundings and some are also in a bad mood).
Never saw a employee walking outside the property
No service at the pool area - broken glass around the pond area.
No A/C in the room - summer nights are hot 🥵
