Pros:

It was nicely decorated and had a sea view.

Cons:

When we arrived, we had to clean the place. The sheets and the towels were clean, but the rest of the cleaning was superficial. The toilet was filthy, there were spider webs, dust and sand on the floor.

Everything was great!
Pros:

The apartments are quite new (from 2023), the design is modern. Exactly the same as you see at the photos.
Hot water is stable and you don't need to be afraid of its lack.
Thank you very much for the hospitality, we were allowed to check-in earlier that gave us additional time at the beach. It was priceless after the difficult trip.
The bed linen was changed after 3 or 4 days of stay, the cleaning was made by request after a week of stay.
The check-in is very easy and comfortable,
The stay was great!

Cons:

The apartments are on the ground floor. There were no wine opener, sharp knife and the dishwashing soap.
The floor, the kitchen and the bathroom were clean, but it would be nice to fix some tiny details, for example, the bedside lamps that are right in front of the eyes are with dust, and there is a spider net at the upper angle of the room.
It's all are the very small things, the apartments are great and we'll be glad to come again :)

Pros:

Apartamentul este nou, destul de dotat, sistem de self check in, ușă cu cartelă, aproape de strada principală din localitate (unde se află majoritatea magazinelor și restaurantelor- care nu sunt multe). Proprtietarul a fost receptiv la mesaje și apeluri, ne-a adus chiar un alt uscător de păr când celălalt funcționa prost. Am avut mașină de spălat, ceea ce a fost de ajutor.

Cons:

Când am ajuns, la ora 3PM echipa de curățenie încă era înauntru. Cu toate acestea, apartamentul nu a părut foarte curat. Podeaua nu era măturată sau aspirată, deci sigur nici spălată cu mopul, dușul avea urme de murdărie neagră, cuptorul nu fusese nici el curățat, balcoanele erau pline de praf, frunze și păr. Probabil această echipă de curățenie a schimbat doar lenejeriile, prosoapele și a șters putin mobila. Chiar și aparatul de cafea era murdar și încă avea capsule folosite. Saci de gunoi nu am avut, am cumpărat noi, la fel și hârtia igienică. Scurgerea din dușul băii de jos era ușor înfundată, apa se scurgea foarte greu. Toaleta împroșca apa pe afară uneori. Cred că pentru suma plătită (1500€) se poate angaja o firmă mai serioasă de curățenie care măcar sa folosească aspiratorul.

Ωραία επιλογή για διαμονή στην Κρυοπηγή, σε ήσυχο σημείο χωρίς τη βαβούρα του κέντρου, σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση,ωστόσο,από τα πάντα. Καθαρό, άνετο και προσεγμένο με λεπτομέρειες που κάνουν τη διαφορά (νερακια και χυμούς στο ψυγείο, αναμμένο κλιματιστικό, κάψουλες για καφέ όλων των ειδών). Μείναμε στο δωμάτιο GAIA και μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι τόσο από τις παροχές όσο και από την ευγένεια του οικοδεσπότη. Πολύ καλό!
