Pros:

Fantastiskt läge på lugn liten ö nära till två badplatser. Liten strand långgrund strand som passade för mindre barn och brygga på klipporna för oss vuxna. Fint modernt boende. Allt som behövdes fanns i köket. Båtarna från Röshölmen gick varje halvtimme fram till sent på kvällen med väldigt trevlig personal. Turen till Kungshamn tar bara ett par minuter. Skulle absolut boka detta boende igen.

Cons:

Enda negativa var att bäddsoffan inte var så skön och kändes som den inte klarade mycket vikt, det gjorde inte oss så mycket då det var två barn som skulle sova där men hade en vuxen behövt sova i sängen hade det varit knepigt. Ett annat minus var att det inte var städat under bäddsoffan. I övrigt var det fint städat.

Fantastisk beliggenhet og flott leilighet. Koselig med båten til øya :)

Cons:

Vi hadde bestilt leiligheten for 4 personer, og spurte på forhånd om det fantes laken/håndklær til 4 (fordi vi så at det var kun 3 senger i leilighetskartet) - fikk svar at det fantes det. Det fantes kun for 3. Ikke helt rent på gulv i soverom og fellesrommet.

Tolle Badewanne und schönes Holzdeck an der Badestelle.Kleiner Strand.

Cons:

Die Insel ist nur über einen Fährdienst erreichbar, da wir knapp außerhalb der Saison waren, fuhr sie nur zwischen 11.30 und 17Uhr. Da ist man dann schon eingeschränkt mit Unternehmungen.
In der Wohnung selbst hätten wir uns mehr Haken zum aufhängen von Handtüchern bzw. einen Wäscheständer gewünscht und eine Müslischale mehr. Die Insel ist nicht so toll, wie man sich das vielleicht vorstellt, es gibt zwei Tennisplätze und vor der Ferienwohnung einen riesigen Appartementkomplex. Nach hinten ist ein Fels mit grossem Holztisch und Holzbank- eigentlich toll, allerdings stehen Nägel raus, so dass ich mir meine Hose aufgerissen hab.
Die Wiese vor dem Strand und der Strand selbst war leider durch sehr viel Vogelkot verunreinigt.

Pros:

Very nice to be on a separate small island with its own beach. Plenty of things to do in Kungshamn, Smögen and the surroundings, including beautiful nature reserves and good restaurants. The children loved to run outside after breakfast and climb the rocks or collect shells.
The apartment was spacious, well equipped, stylish and modern.

Cons:

Sometimes it was a bit of a limitation that the first regular boat to Kungshamn only left at 10:40h.

Cleanliness was fine overall, but there were a few small things not quite in line with the otherwise premium character of the apartment like dirty drawers, sticky drawer handles, pans and pots barely cleaned and put away by the last client, loose toilet seat or oven isolation that fell off.

As in many places in Sweden, there's no washing machine or laundry facility, which can be a bit challenging with children.

Modern, well-equiped apartment on isle close to Smögen
Pros:

Nicely located on an isle, nice and modern interior and very comfortable bed. Well equiped kitchen. Very close to Smögen.

Cons:

Sofa-bed was not very comfortable and house was a bit dusty in general upon arrival. The appartment seems more private on the pictures than it is in reality.

Lugnt och fint boende med bra båtförbindelser till fastlandet.
Pros:

Fin och smakfull inredning. Lugn omgivning. Fint klippbad i närheten.

Cons:

Städningen var slarvigt gjord när vi kom. Trasiga utemöbler. Saknades handdukshängare i badrummet.

Pros:

Een hele leuke stek om te verblijven. relaxte sfeer. Mooi uitzicht. Let daarvoor wel op welk huisje je boekt. Leuk zwemsteiger. Met de boot naar het eiland ging prima. Ook als je veel spullen meeneemt. Gewoon eerst uitladen bij de boot en daarna de auto wegzetten. Wij vonden het heerlijk. En als je dan ook mooi weer dan helpt natuurlijk wel.

Cons:

Er zou een hottub zijn maar dat bleek gewoon een bad in de badkamer.
