Très bien situé à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Accueil très sympathique. Appartement les pieds dans l'eau. Jolie terasse. Appartement un peu vieillot mais confortable.
Le snack était fermé car nous étions début novembre...dommage !
Location is amazing. It is right on the shore, you get out of the apartment and right into the sea. Perfect for wonderful sunrise. The hosts were very responsive.

Excellent location. Central but quiet and with private water access and beach chairs etc. Spacious suite with ample amenities. Many repeat visitors who come every year. Good value and helpful staff.
Perhaps another blanket would be helpful. Wifi was a bit weak.

Perfect slice of paradise right by the crystal clear sea. The rooms are spotless, pretty big in size, plenty of storage space and very comfortable beds. The small snack bar is perfectly located for breakfast/snacks/drinks right by the sea. As for location, it is unbeatable with several excellent restaurants within a few minutes on foot, or if you want to venture further, there is a small City Bus with two routes. The owner is very helpful and friendly. You are made to feel at home as soon as you arrive.

Everything about Polydoros was fabulous, from its location to the rooms and the staff. I had a vision of this place and it didn’t disappoint. I could have stayed forever. Would definitely stay there again if returning to Crete.

Agios Nikolaos ist zu Fuß bei einem netten Spaziergang am Meer entlang einfach zu erreichen.
Tagsüber bis 18:00 ist im Haus ein Cafe bzw. kleines Restaurant. Man kann trinken und essen.

I gestori ci hanno assegnato una camera superiore rispetto a quella prenotata (vista mare totale invece che laterale).
Dal balconcino la vista è effettivamente superlativa; il centro si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata, fondamentale è il parcheggio.
La stanza era molto calda nonostante il condizionatore (soprattutto la parte interna, cucinino e bagno ad aereazione forzata). La posizione, direttamente sul mare (l'appartamento è al piano superiore di uno snack bar), se da un lato è pregio dall'altro comporta un alto livello di rumore, sia di giorno che di notte.
It’s very cheap and well located (right by the beach). Staff are nice and friendly. Apartment is comfortable even if it’s very dated. Balcony is lovely and was my favourite part
Often couldn’t get a place to park (even though parking is advertised) but it’s a free car park and is often packed with people coming to the beach and beach bar.
Apartments need some TLC - lots of broken appliances.
There was live Greek music one night at the bar, we would have loved to go if we had known it was happening but the staff didn’t tell us / advertise it. Would be nice for them to let people in the apartments know so they can attend if they wish
