Our experience was less than satisfactory.
Room Preparedness: Upon arrival, the staff seemed unprepared for our check-in, despite our reservation. The room lacked basic amenities such as towels, shampoo, and soap, which we had to request separately.

The air conditioner functioned well, providing relief from the heat.
The room was adequately sized for the price point, however you could hear everything from the room below, leaving no privacy.
THERE WAS NO HOT WATER throughout our 9-day stay. We were informed that the building’s pipes had been damaged for about two months, and there was no fix offered. This crucial information was neither mentioned in the hotel’s listing nor communicated upon our arrival. The cold water was particularly uncomfortable, and we would have chosen other locations if we knew.
We experienced a random power outage lasting a couple of hours, which was inconvenient but did not disrupt our plans generally.
The toilet became clogged and broken, and despite informing the staff, it remained unusable for three days without any resolution. This lack of prompt attention to basic maintenance issues was unacceptable and contributed to our decision to leave a day early.
While we did not expect luxury accommodations, we anticipated basic services to be in place. The combination of unpreparedness, lack of essential amenities, and unresolved maintenance issues were unpleasant. We would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.

Nice staff
The most uncomfortable bed and no hot water throughout the facility.
This place has such a potensial! The room was super clean, I felt 100% safe, and personal was very nice and helpfull! Breakfast was good, with nice variety each morning. We stayed 8 nights.
Perhaps warmer water in shower would add to comfort as well as a option for warmer blankets on the bed.
