Wellness war sauber und ruhig
Zimmer sind schön groß und man hat eine super Aussicht
Es gibt einen gratis Shuttle vom Bahnhof und mann kann super ohne Auto anreisen

Cons:

Veganes Essen nicht mehr wie beim letzten Besuch das Zentrum des Abendmenüs, das nach Wahl mit Fleisch ergänzt werden konnte, sondern nur noch eine Alternative. Es waren einige vegane Produkte (wie z.B. der Käse) aus und man wurde von Tag zu Tag vertröstet.
Service wurde gerade eingeschult und hätte hier und da etwas mehr Führung gebraucht

Tolle Lage direkt an der Piste. Coole Musik vom DJ. Wunderbare Yoga Stunden. Schöner Wellness Bereich. Sehr leckeres Essen mit dem besonderen Twist. Teilweise auch sehr aufmerksamer Service. Superfreundliches Housekeeping

Traumhafte Lage - massive Personalprobleme - z.T. eigenartiges Essenkonzept
Pros:

Anfahrt - abenteuerlich (zum Glück gibt es einen kostenpflichtigen shuttle bei Schneefall etc.). Lage sensationell!!! Für Skifahrer ein Traum - für Wanderer und Fussgänger im Sommer sicher auch. Zimmer schön und groß, Bad ebenso. Dusche könnte eine Tür vertragen, weil immer Wasser ins Bad läuft. Outdoorpool - klein, aber wunderbar. Yoga super. Frühstück bestens - bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Viel Obst!!!!! Tolle Terrasse direkt an der Skipiste. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Personal sehr gemischt. Wir hatten 2 wunderbare junge Frauen beim Abendessen und eine sehr spezielle "Restauranleiterin"????

Rezeption: inkompetent und unfreundlich am Anreisetag. Wurden dann upgegraded, weil wir einen Mops dabei hatten, der nur in bestimmten Zimmern erlaubt ist (?????). Hatten ihn über booking.com avisiert. Er durfte dann auch nicht ins Restaurant - aber in die Bar schon (????), obwohl dort auch gegessen wurde. Für den Hund war nichts bereit gestellt - weder Napf noch Leckerli. Kennen wir besser. Natürlich hat gleich die eine von 2 Zimmerkarten nicht funktioniert. Kommentar an der Rezeption: kann eigentlich nicht sein. Ach so, deshalb steh ich hier und reklamiere das? Die Beschriftung im Aufzug wo was ist - nicht vorhanden. Das Konzept der 3/4 Pension ist nicht durchdacht. Nachmittagssnack: 4-, Abendessen: geschmacklich 2 - aber irgendwie ohne Konzept. Die dishes zum Teilen - nein danke. Zimmerservice weil wir uns den DJ auf der Terrasse nicht aus allen Lautsprechern anhören wollten (war auch noch schlecht, der DJ) hätte 15!!!! EURO gekostet. Wir haben alles dann selber transportiert. Am Barbeque-Abend stand man vor höllenheissen Grills für Fisch, Fleisch etc. Und das Dessert gab es dann erst ab 21.00 Uhr. Nein, danke.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with hotel staff. I don’t even know where to start.
Apart from the fact that we were always served last at the restaurant table for some unknown reason, it began when we received a different locker key from the ski equipment storage locker, with the explanation that the previous guests had lost the one for our room. When we first returned from skiing, our items left in the locker were out in the room, and the locker was full of someone else’s things. The receptionist took out the foreign items, we put our own things in, and she said she’d contact the owner— to which I objected that it was nice but we weren’t the only ones with access to the locker, it was unpleasant, and what if something got lost? She ended it with “we are here.” When we wanted to visit the romantic rooftop tub—a service the hotel offers, which I’d reserved via email two weeks in advance along with a couples’ massage the next morning—both were confirmed.
Upon arrival for the tub reservation, everything seemed fine at first glance. When I asked about the bubbles, we were told it was too cold and the water wouldn’t flow, so they had to fill the tub externally. Okay. We couldn’t even get in because it was filled with boiling water. We went inside to wait in the wellness area and informed the staff. After twenty minutes, we at least opened the champagne—which, by the way, was 375ml, so one large glass each. The “fruit platter” consisted of an old pear and a mandarin.
After about 40 minutes of dealing with the staff, the lady laughed in our faces, saying, “You still have time, don’t you?” and then argued they hadn’t had enough time to prepare it because she’d had massages before (???). Then the wellness staff left us there. We walked away. Hardly anyone apologized, and reception didn’t even believe us—they went to check the water temperature. Once confirmed, they just let it be, with no apology or compensation discussion.
