Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν καθαρό. Το μαξιλάρι είχε λεκέ από αίμα και ιδρώτα, το μπάνιο και η κουζίνα μέσα στα άλατα, στο aircondition δεν είχε καθαριστεί το φίλτρο (ήρθαν και το καθάρισαν αφού τους το είπαμε), ο οικοδεσπότης έστειλε την καθαρίστρια στο δωμάτιο όταν του είπαμε ότι δεν ήταν καλό το check in μας η οποία έδειξε εκνευρισμό με τα σχόλιά μας. Το κτίριο είναι παλιό με κακή ηχομόνωση με αποτέλεσμα το βράδυ να κάνει τόση φασαρία από τον δρόμο που αναγκαστήκαμε να πάρουμε ωτοασπίδες. Γενικά η εμπειρία δεν ήταν καλή συγκριτικά με τις προσδοκίες μας βάσει των φωτογραφιών και σίγουρα δεν άξιζε τα λεφτά του.

Je ne comprends pas que personne ne mentionne le bruit de la route ? L’établissement est le long de la route en arrivant à Faliraki.
J’ai envie de dire que cela ne me dérange pas tant que c’est bien isolé du bruit mais ça ne l’est pas du tout on entend chaque véhicule, camion et scooter passer et pourtant j’ai le sommeil lourd mais ça m’a réveillé plusieurs fois par nuit c’est dommage c’est le seul point négatif

-The host. Yes he is available for anything as everyone said but at his times and on things that should've been checked and fixed before our arrival. Toilet flush problems which they "fixed"but on our last 3 days didnt work again. Shower not draining well so water going all over the bathroom floor. Door handle loose, and broke off leaving us out of the bathroom at 330am needing it. Yes all was fixed but at what cost when one is on holiday. His mother even insulted us blaming us for breaking the handle...I booked this appartment cause it clearly stated that there was a washing machine in it, but of course there wasn't and he let us use his mothers general one but only after 9pm finding it sometimes full of 2 days left washing which we had to remove and place back everytime. Of course no drying rack available for a load of washing so hung everything everywhere cause he couldn't provide us with one. A total disorganisation. In all of this not once did any of them say "sorry for the inconvience" maybe?? We didn't feel welcome.

Couldn't fault it.

Bathroom shower could have been designed better so you don't get water outside the shower, although there is a mat to absorb all this water, after two people taking a shower, both the mat and outside the shower, is has water here and there, no matter how careful you are.

I guess the owners recognized this and the mat is super absorbent but nontheless, leaves something to be desired.

On a second note about the sounds from outside, a better sound proofing of the room would have been greatly appreciated. The door wouldn't stop cars and bikes racing up the main street being heard from the other side like they were next to the bed. I guess this was my only true downside for this property.

Last but truly least, was that also cleanliness could have been better.

It's not bad by any means, it's the small details that caught my eye. Like, water stains, some dust here and there but overall was good.
