Hotel très bien place pour la navette du machu picchu
Pros:

Tout le reste, lits confortables, personnel accueillant et arrangeant car ils nous ont gardé les sacs a dos et permis de prendre le petit dej plus tot.

Cons:

Le bruit que nous avions côté train, idéalement demander une chambre de l'autre côté car le train passe en dessous et la rue est bruyante

Buen desayuno, buena ubicación. Lugar tranquilo y cómodo. Me dejaron guardar el equipaje hasta la hora de salida de mi tren.

Cons:

Al momento del check out no había nadie en recepción y me costó que me recibieran las maletas en custodia.

マチュピチュ行きバス乗り場まで徒歩2分なので、早朝のチケットで治安が心配な方でも問題なく行くことができると思います。電車が停まる駅からは徒歩4分ほどですが、ホテルスタッフがお迎えに来てくれるので安心です。

部屋は清潔ですし、お湯でます。水圧も申し分ないです。ふかふかのタオル、ドライヤーも部屋に備え付けです。
線路側のお部屋だったため列車の音や人々の声でなかなかうるさかったですが、23時ごろにはすっかり静かになってました。警察も多くいる村ですので、治安は悪くないです。

マチュピチュのチケットの時間が早朝だったので朝食は食べれませんでしたが、併設レストランで果物やシリアルなどを食べれるそうです。
たまにマチュピチュ早朝組に朝食のお弁当を用意してくれる所もあるそうですがこちらはそういったサービスはないと思います。ですがホテルを挟んで反対側にカフェがありますので、そちらでパンを買い朝食として食べるのが良いかと思われます。

マッサージがついているプランを予約したのですが、このマッサージがまた良かったです。徒歩5分の提携マッサージ店へスタッフが連れて行ってくれます。時間も21時までならどこでもOKという感じでした。
マッサージはボディクリームをたくさん塗られますし、ドライヘッドスパ的なものもあるのでシャワーを浴びてから施術してもらうのが良いと思います。
ホテルに帰還後爆睡でした。

Entäuschendes und dunkles Zimmer

Lage is gut, Zimmer sind sauber

Cons:

Keine gute Wahl in Agues Calientes. Der Aufenthalt hängt massiv vom Zimmer ab, das man bekommt. Es gibt welche Richtung Bahngleis, die einen schönen Ausblick und einen kleinen Balkon haben. Die Züge fahren auch nur bis ca. 22:00, also ist der Lärm vom Zug in der Nacht kein Problem.

Wir hatten jedoch ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite. Das Fenster dort geht in einen Lüftungsschacht. D.h. kein Ausblick und kein Tageslicht, untertags durchgehend Lärm vom Abzug von der Küche der dort verläuft und auch keine wirkliche Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu lüften! Auch sind die Zimmer sehr klein und extrem hellhörig.

Getoppt hat das ganze dann nur noch das Frühstück: Das Essen ist zwar ganz gut, allerdings wird eine halbe Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit (Frühstück gibt es nur bis 08:00) kaum bzw. nichts mehr nachgefüllt. Wenn darum gebeten wird, dass nochmal etwas nachgefüllt wird, wird dies entweder abgelehnt oder nur widerwillig gemacht.

Also alles in allem ein ziemlicher Flop für den Preis!

Excelente atencion, el personal se muestra atento a lo que el pasajero necesite. Las instalaciones en muy buen estado de limpieza y conservacion: se corresponden con las imagenes publicadas. El desayuno muy bueno. Ubicacion comoda en el pueblo. Muy recomendable
