Bom custo beneficio para uma hospedagem rápida
Pros:

Hotel é perto da parada de ônibus que vai para Machu Pichu e tbm da estação de trem. Dá para ir a pé com tranquilidade. O hotel serve bom café da amanhã bem cedo para aqueles, como foi meu caso, que tinha ingresso logo nas primeiras horas da manhã para Machu. Cama confortável. Tem um bom restaurante no térreo que os hospedes ganham desconto para almoçar ou jantar.

Cons:

Fiquei hospedada no quarto 304. A janela não abria e tinha barulho de algum tipo de motor proveniente do lado externo que perturbou o sossego do sono durante a noite.
O hotel está no terceiro piso do prédio (um pouco mais de fôlego para subir haha)

Tirando o café da manhã, tudo bom
Pros:

Localização, limpeza, atendimento, podemos deixar as malas para ir a machu picchu e buscar após check out à tarde

Cons:

Café da manhã muito fraco. Sem o mínimo de opções, como ovos. O próprio café preto estava frio, nunca tinha visto isso.

Boa, mas não sei se voltaria. Acredito que temos melhores opções em águas calientes.
Pros:

Muito bem localizada, praticamente ao lado da estação de ônibus que leva a macchu picchu. Próxima de bons locais para comer. Pousada que tem o básico bem feito.

Cons:

MUITAS escadas para chegar ao quarto. Quarto que não tem vista. ESTADIA FOI MUITO BARULHENTA em função do restaurante que fica localizado no térreo. Não sei se voltaria...

Nice Stay, with Room for Improvement.
Pros:

Great location in Aguas Calientes. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Not having any natural light made the room feel quite enclosed and was difficult to get used to. The breakfast was also very basic, with limited options and little variety. Overall, these were both aspects of the stay that we found disappointing.

Incredible hospitality and a truly special, memorable stay in Aguas Calientes!
Pros:

The hotel is located right along the street with the railway running through town. While you do hear the trains during the day, and the occasional energetic local dogs chasing after them, things quieted down by bedtime. The room was very comfortable, and we ended up sleeping incredibly well both nights.

What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. They are exceptionally kind and attentive. I happened to be celebrating a milestone birthday during our stay, and they put together a sweet, completely unexpected surprise for me at breakfast. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really touched me and made our trip extra memorable. ❤️

We loved our time here and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Machu Picchu!
