Pros:

מלון פשוט מושלם, חשבו על הכל מהפרטים הקטנים ביותר למען נוחות האורחים. מיקום מעולה, ארוחת בוקר מפנקת, שירות ברמה גבוהה מאוד במיוחד מפקידת הקבלה Vasia שיצאה מגדרה לעזור.

המלון גדול ומשגר יוקרה, הצוות אדיב והשירות ללא דופי. קיבלנו חדר משודרג עם בריכה פרטית ונוף שלא ישכח. יש מספר בריכות כך שאין עומס. ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת וטובה. המלון נמצא במרחק 7 דק הליכה מהאגם והמרכז.

Super stay, quality place, great location.
Pros:

Excellent facilities, fabulous selection for breakfast. The coffee could be better. Not hot enough.
The room was amazing, super large with lots of storage space and great lighting, particularly at night. lovely towels and excellent bedding.

Séjour relaxant, reposant et dépaysant avec une vine magnifique depuis la chambre d’hôtel!
Pros:

L'hôtel était fantastique, le personnel serviable, le petit-déjeuner excellent et copieux, et le service de voiturier est efficace! La chambre avec vue sur mer était tout simplement incroyable, quel bonheur de se réveiller chaque matin avec cette vue et ce soleil levant.

Encore un grand merci au personnel, ainsi qu’à Vasilis qui nous a accueillis avec un grand sourire puis s’est occupé de nos affaires de la voiture jusqu’à la chambre (mention également aux restaurants qui nous ont été conseillés ! Un délice).
Également merci aux femmes du spa, toujours souriantes et aimables, c’était un plaisir (avec des équipements au top).

Cons:

Seul petit bémol, pour monter en standard et en gamme, le housekeeping pourrait faire un petit effort sur le ménage (rien de grave mais peut-être s’améliorer sur les recouches pendant le séjour)

Best stay in Crete so far!
Pros:

My gosh what isnt there to like!? The room was spotless and large, the bed huge and very comfortable. We also got a complimentary upgrade with a plunge pool and sea view, which made our stay more magical. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Pools and bathing area clean and lavish. Did not want to leave

Cons:

La habitación no tenía vistas a la ciudad como ponía en la descripción, sino vistas al muro de otro hotel donde desayunaban a 2 metros de distancia y no podíamos abrir las cortinas. Finalmente nos cambiaron la habitación pero solo la tercera noche que era la última y después de insistir mucho. La habitación no estaba hecha pasadas las 3 de la tarde
