המקום פשוט שלמות שקט אמיתי גן עדן!!

היה קצת במיטה גירודים בלילה אבל מעבר לזה היה מקסים

Pros:

Very clean and tidy rooms; very friendly staff, starting from the reception and concierge to house keeping and restaurants. As for location, it is very close to the center where you find lots of nice places to eat as well as the local souvenir shops (very nice shops by the way). However if you need beaches, better to rent a car as they are not so close and taxis charge quite lot.

Cons:

It is not about the property but I have to say - I was shocked by the Heraklion Airport 😱 I travel a lot, but have not seen anything similar- obviously they cannot handle the load in summer and that’s why our way back was horrible. My advice here - If you are traveling to Crete, don’t take connecting flights or this will ruin your whole trip….

מלון עם ציון מאוד גבוה בבוקינג אבל אותנו מאוד אכזב. לא מתאים למלון 5 כוכבים
Pros:

המלון ממוקם במיקום מושלם, קרוב למסעדות, חנויות ואזורי בילוי.
בריכות השחייה מספיק גדולות בכדי להכיל את האורחים. פינות ישיבה מוצללות באיזור הבריכה.
חוף ים בצמוד למלון.

Cons:

משפחה זוג +2 מתבגרים. הגענו בשעה 12:00 למלון ועשינו צ׳ק אין, אומנם רשום בשעה 15:00 אבל זה לא אומר שאי אפשר להתאמץ ולהביא את החדר קצת לפניי. קיבלנו את החדר ב15:05.
הזמנו חדר יחסית גדול עם 2 מיטות קווין. בצ׳ק אין נאמר ששידרגו לנו את החדר לנוף לים + שכשוכית במרפסת.
בפועל לא שודרגנו אלא שונמכנו. חדר קטן עם מיטה אחת וספה נפתחת, אומנם נוף יפה אבל זה לא מה שהזמנו.
החדר הוחלף אחרי לילה לחדר המקורי. בחדר הנ״ל היה הרבה יותר מקום אבל בעיית חשמל רצינית שגרמה לכולנו להיות ערים כל הלילה. למחרת הוחלף שוב חדר, בשעה 6 בבוקר הייתה הפסקת חשמל, והגנרטור של המלון היה צמוד לחדר שלנו מה שגרם לכולנו להתעורר בשש לרעש נוראי.
יש 3 מעליות שלא נותנות מענה לכמות האורחים במלון. המתנה ארוכה מאוד למעלית, נאלצנו לעלות ולרדת רוב הזמן ברגל.

Très bon séjour bon hôtel
Pros:

L’emplacement en plein centre de agios est exceptionnel.
La piscine est incroyable et magnifique.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très bien servi. La qualité des aliments.
La salle de sport un peu petite mais qualitative.
La literie est top.

Cons:

La piscine privative est inutile car ressemble plus à une baignoire qu’à une piscine. Inutilisable.
La piscine principale n’est pas chauffée et est froide.
Le service de l’hôtel n’est pas celui d’un 5 étoiles : nous avons réclame 3 fois nos valises en chambre, personne ne vous accompagne et ne vous montre la chambre et vous explique l’hôtel. Pas de placement au petit déjeuner ce qui est problématique en pleine saison car difficile de trouver une place.

Très bon séjour mais les chambres ne sont pas adaptées pour une famille avec ados

- Le manque de parking il faut faire appel au voiturier car difficile de trouver une place de stationnement
- le personnel
