Pros:

Sehr sehr freundlicher Service am Empfang. Gute Ausstattung. Solides aber einfaches Frühstück. Liegt leider an einer sehr befahrenen Strasse. Daher bis Mitternacht recht laut.

Hotel ubicado cerca de la plaza de armas, unos 10 minutos andando.
Personal muy agradable y la habitación amplia y limpia.
Desayuno variado con unas vistas muy bonitas a dos de los volcanes que rodean Arequipa.

Cons:

Ik lag aan de straatkant en dat was zeer lawaaierig. Je hebt zeker oordoppen nodig om te kunnen slapen. De kamer was groot, maar kan wel wat onderhoud gebruiken. De douche lekte continue en de wc bleef de helft van de keren doorlopen.

falta un poco de variedad en el desayuno, para una persona que se hospeda varios días, suele ser un poco aburrido desayunar lo mismo a diario

Agradecido de las señoritas de recepción. Debe mejorar el desayuno!

La atención del personal de recepción impecable. Nos ayudaron muchísimo.

Cons:

El desayuno poco variado, el endulzante te entregaban 1 o 2 máximo. Poca variedad de comida al desayuno. La atención en el desayuno puede mejorar, así como las señoras que hacen aseo en las habitaciones.
