La localización y el apartamento en si. El personal atento. Nos habían perdido una maleta en el avión y nos la entregaron en el apartamento
Estuvo muy bien, no le doy excelente ya que nuestro apartamento daba a una zona de descarga de material del hotel y algunos días a las 06:00 de la mañana empezaba a haber bastante ruido de los carros de material
Excellent apartment overall. Great location right in the heart of the action. Clothes washer and dryer and a small kitchen was a plus.
No WiFi…you can get around this by going to nearby businesses and using there WiFi.
No air conditioning at all.
It is in the middle of everything, so it can be rather noisy at night.

It wasn't clean, I mean for example the floor wasn't clear at all and was not cleaned at all during our stay, 3 years ago everything was in perfect order, now it looks like it wasn't maintained at all in 3 years - heating either works on maximum (=sauna) or doesn't work, many "home" facilities that were there 3 years ago now are gone.
Great location in the Old town, close to main attractions and public transport. This apartment located on the 1st floor, was very comfortable, and sufficiently supplied for 2 people. Your luggage was
delivered and removed to/from your door by hotel staff which was very helpful as there is no lift.
The beds comfortable, towels and linens of good quality. Enjoyed our stay in the apartment.
Getting to and from this apartment (located on the 1st floor ) is via a narrow spiral staircase which is quite difficult to navigate if you are elderly. There is no lift. The shower is located in a high step-in bath tub. Requested a non-slip mat for standing in the bath which was promptly delivered.
Elderly guests, or those with mobility issues should request an easy access apartment when booking (as there are alternatives)

Upon check in, the staff was super friendly. The location was excellent. The hotel lobby was beautiful.
They don’t offer WiFi at the apartments. In 2026. Absolutely mind blowing that they would not offer WiFi in their apartments. Even hostels offer WiFi. Their tv’s, which they advertise as smart tv’s, are not smart tv’s. Their solution to this was for me to purchase my own device to be able to stream. They said they would “reimburse” me but that is not the point. I’m supposed to now do the work for them? They do not offer linens for the pull out sofa. We like to be able to lay on the couch to watch tv and having the pull out sofa with no linens was a shock.
I was not refunded back my insurance deposit amount
Is near the red district, the apartment is in different building behind the main hotel, since is an old building the place doesn’t have stairs but the staff help us really appreciate. The apartment is really convenient and comfortable. Also you can wash clothes.
You can take the boat tour just in front of the building.
Near restaurant and supermarkets and popular spots
If you doesn’t want to be close to the coffee shops is not your place (but doesn’t affect any sounds at night the apartment is really quiet)

Apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need; staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly; location is great. One of us, a talented painter, was so inspired by Amsterdam beauty, so that an excellent professional painting was created - attached to the review - that is an exact apartment window's view.
The weather in the New Year's midnight was not so good, but that is out the staff power ;)
