Apartamento no centro de Amsterdã super confortável!
Pros:

Localização e tamanho do apartamento. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente e funcionários atenciosos em qualquer demanda. Limpeza diária do apartamento. A localização é espetacular, na rua do Red Light District.

Great location. Would not stay there again.
Pros:

Upon check in, the staff was super friendly. The location was excellent. The hotel lobby was beautiful.

Cons:

They don’t offer WiFi at the apartments. In 2026. Absolutely mind blowing that they would not offer WiFi in their apartments. Even hostels offer WiFi. Their tv’s, which they advertise as smart tv’s, are not smart tv’s. Their solution to this was for me to purchase my own device to be able to stream. They said they would “reimburse” me but that is not the point. I’m supposed to now do the work for them? They do not offer linens for the pull out sofa. We like to be able to lay on the couch to watch tv and having the pull out sofa with no linens was a shock.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Is near the red district, the apartment is in different building behind the main hotel, since is an old building the place doesn’t have stairs but the staff help us really appreciate. The apartment is really convenient and comfortable. Also you can wash clothes.

You can take the boat tour just in front of the building.

Near restaurant and supermarkets and popular spots

If you doesn’t want to be close to the coffee shops is not your place (but doesn’t affect any sounds at night the apartment is really quiet)

Travel with my daughter of 3 years old.

I'd recommend it to my friends.
Pros:

Apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need; staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly; location is great. One of us, a talented painter, was so inspired by Amsterdam beauty, so that an excellent professional painting was created - attached to the review - that is an exact apartment window's view.

Cons:

The weather in the New Year's midnight was not so good, but that is out the staff power ;)

Location superb. Service was very good. A lot of room and very well placed. We got upgraded and the staff were very accommodating.
