Great experience and great service!
Pros:

Great location. Central to lots of attractions. Walking distance to the train station, main canals, city center, shopping, restaurants, red light district, etc. It is a very, very busy area. If you are looking for a more quiet location, this is not it. We loved our stay!

Great central location. Transport close
Pros:

We had booked an apartment. When we arrived their were 45 stairs to the apartment with no lift. Not suitable at all for someone with mobility issues. But David managed to find us another one with a lift access... and while waiting for it to be serviced we were offered a complimentary drink with mixed nuts.

Cons:

Would have liked some hand washing solution in bathroom. Everything else good

L'accueil à l'arrivée avec prise en charge des valises. Les serviettes, le confort des lits, les dosettes de café et thé, le lave linge, les produits de beauté, le ménage fait 2 fois dans la semaine sans coût supplémentaire

Les escaliers étroits et en collimasson, la chambre donnant sur une ruelle bruyante (vitre simple vitrage), le canapé lit pas fait à l'arrivée, le manque d'équipement de la cuisine, le problème électrique lors du séjour, la poussière présente

The definition of grand European luxury. Historic, elegant, and flawless - Krasnapolsky is Amsterdam at its absolute bes
Pros:

1. The most prestigious address in Amsterdam
Staying directly on Dam Square with uninterrupted views of the Royal Palace is an experience in itself. The Winter Garden from 1883 is an architectural masterpiece - having breakfast under that glass dome felt like dining in a royal palace. The sense of history and grandeur is unmatched anywhere in the city.

2. Service and attention to detail at the highest level
From check-in to checkout, every staff member delivered flawless 5-star service. The concierge team arranged everything seamlessly, housekeeping was impeccable, and the room was a perfect sanctuary after a day exploring. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the soundproofing is excellent - total tranquility despite being in the heart of Amsterdam.

3. Culinary excellence that defines luxury
The breakfast at The White Room sets a new standard. Dutch cheeses, fresh pastries, live stations, and their legendary apple pie make it worth waking up early for. Grand Café Krasnapolsky is an institution - the atmosphere, the service, the quality. This is dining at its finest.

Γενικά ικανοποιητική.
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετικά προσβάσιμη σε όλα..άνετα διαμερίσματα σε γενικές γραμμές και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα αν θέλεις να μείνεις παραπάνω ημέρες.

Cons:

Είχαμε θέματα με την καθαριότητα, το οποίο λύθηκε αμέσως. Υπάρχει κράτηση χρημάτων σαν "εγγύηση" για τυχόν ζημιές, για τα οποία δεν ενημερωθήκαμε ποτέ.

Good location, questionable facilities
Pros:

Very good location, if you want to stay in the city center. The apartment was clean, spacious, very comfortable for 2 persons.

Cons:

They don’t offer cleaning everyday, it is on a 3 day basis, which is not a problem, the problem is the bathroom supplies which are not nearly enough for 3 days. You can call the reception for them, but i find it quite uncomfortable to do that every morning.

Very disappointing and unsafe – completely misrepresented
Cons:

Our 8 night stay here was the biggest letdown of our trip. The apartment is not managed to hotel standards — it is owned by the local government, with the nearby Grand Krasnapolsky only handling check-in/out. This is not made clear upfront and is misleading given the positioning.

The condition was unacceptable: stained bedsheets, filthy shower drain, stained toilet seat, dirty carpets, worn-out sofa, holes in walls, and even silverfish in the bathroom corners. Overall hygiene was extremely poor.

There was no Wi-Fi at all, which the property claims is mentioned in the listing. Mobile network reception is also poor, leaving you effectively disconnected. In today’s environment, where even basic travel depends on internet access, this made the stay significantly more frustrating.

The “balcony” was unusable and filthy— covered in pigeon droppings and moss — and the only airflow came with a constant weed smell from the neighbouring property.

More concerning was safety. The main entrance was often left open, people loitered outside, and on two nights someone tried to open our apartment door. This felt extremely unsafe, especially with a child.

The listing and ratings are highly overrated. Strongly do not recommend — particularly for families.

I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. All facilities were clean and well maintained. The convenience of having the space with a small kitchen, washing machine and extra living room space made it well worth the cost. The position was perfect.
