Very much recommended
Pros:

The best hotel in Europe, very very clean, all staff are great from Aziz at the concierge to Amara at the front desk. They great you with excellent service and make you feel welcome. Close to everything in the center of Amsterdam.

Extremely disappointing—we refused to stay!
Pros:

The only positive aspect for this property was its location

Cons:

To be clear while you check-in at the Grand Krasnapilsky Hotel the apartments are not within the hotel facility and in no way are anywhere close to the standard of the hotel itself. To access the apartments you must go down a narrow dark alleyway. Once you arrive you are faced with very narrow step stairways. Anyone with mobility issues would struggle to navigate the many flights of stairs. Once you finally land at your apartment the stairs are not finished the apartments have further stairs in the apartments to access the multiple layers. The apartments are extremely dingy and look more like a hostel than something associated with the name brand of this hotel chain.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to cut our trip short at the beginning due to a medical issue and they refunded us for that portion no problem. The location was excellent and the apartments were very good value for the price especially compared to anything else in a similar location. We would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The recycling area for the main hotel was directly beside our suite, so it was a bit noisy at times in the morning from that but it was a very minimal interruption.

I will come again. I enjoyed my stay
Pros:

It has everything you need in an apartment. Near to everything. Clean. Spacious. Air conditioning. If you’re staying more than a week you’re eligible for free room cleaning.

Cons:

Small bathroom if you are obsess. No elevator so it’s difficult for those who have health problem.

Pros:

La ubicación y los servicios, tenía un buen gym para ser un hotel. El bufet del hotel es el mejor en el que he comido nunca, aunque es caro (pero merece la pena).

Cons:

Los apartamentos están separados del hotel y tienen muchas escaleras (típicas holandesas). Afortunadamente nos tocó un primer piso.

Pros:

This was my fourth time staying here because of its excellent location and how close it is to everything in the city center. However, the apartments are now showing their age and would benefit from renovation and modernization. Some areas felt worn out and had an unpleasant smell.

Cons:

The fire alarm went off almost every day because the sensor is installed very close to the bathroom door. After taking a shower, the steam would trigger the alarm as soon as the bathroom door was opened. The same issue occurred while cooking.

The most disappointing part of my stay was the way the situation was handled by the duty manager. He entered the apartment without knocking and spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He told me that I had only two options: either leave the property immediately or pay a €500 fine. I found this interaction humiliating and completely inappropriate for a hospitality professional.

I understand the importance of fire safety, but guests should be treated with respect, especially when the alarm system appears to be overly sensitive. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me not to stay here again.
