I'd recommend it to my friends.
Pros:

Apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need; staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly; location is great. One of us, a talented painter, was so inspired by Amsterdam beauty, so that an excellent professional painting was created - attached to the review - that is an exact apartment window's view.

Cons:

The weather in the New Year's midnight was not so good, but that is out the staff power ;)

Location superb. Service was very good. A lot of room and very well placed. We got upgraded and the staff were very accommodating.

I had a Wonderful experience which needs to be repeated
Pros:

Staffs were very professional and welcoming when I arrived as well as when I checked out .

Cons:

Since I stayed in the apartment side I would humbly recommend to have internal door access to the GYM and hotel lobby directly instead of current practice.

Clean apartment with everything you need.

Cons:

Narrow, steep stairs both to get to the apartment, and within it to get to second bedroom.
The second bedroom is in an open loft with no sound barrier from the main bedroom, which was an issue for us as one member of the group snores.

Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The stairs. I appreciate it is an historic property but we had no prior warning of the stairs and lack of lift. This presented challenges because of health issues. At the same time the staff were exceptionally helpful in helping to lift cases up the two flights of stairs. Also, I think in this day and age it is not too much to expect that there might be Wifi. Such facilities are available in other serviced apartments in European cities in which which I have stayed.

An excellent stay in a prime location with comfort, quality, and convenience all in one place.
Pros:

Outstanding location right in the heart of Amsterdam, within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment was spacious, very clean, well-designed, and extremely comfortable, making it perfect for a family stay.

Cons:

Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations and contributed to a very pleasant stay.
