Cons:

Während meines Aufenthalts im Hotel Alpenstern hatte ich eine sehr beunruhigende Situation, die ich unbedingt teilen möchte.

Mir ging es plötzlich sehr schlecht – ich begann zu erbrechen und habe mich körperlich stark geschwächt gefühlt. In dieser Situation habe ich aktiv um Hilfe gebeten. Leider ist jedoch niemand gekommen und ich habe keinerlei Unterstützung vom Personal erhalten.

Gerade in einem Hotel erwarte ich in einer solchen Lage zumindest eine minimale Reaktion oder Unterstützung, besonders wenn ein Gast offensichtlich Hilfe benötigt.

Diese Erfahrung hat bei mir ein Gefühl von Unsicherheit und Enttäuschung hinterlassen. Ich hoffe sehr, dass das Hotel diese Situation intern überprüft und Maßnahmen ergreift, damit so etwas in Zukunft nicht wieder passiert.

Ansonsten war mein Aufenthalt in Ordnung, aber dieses Erlebnis war für mich sehr prägend.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbar erholsamen Aufenthalt :) Schönes Zimmer mit tollem Blick, im Sauna Bereich viel Platz und Ruhe, im Schwimmbad war es vor allem am frühen Vormittag noch schön ruhig.
Da ich Zöliakie habe, habe ich es direkt bei der Buchung angegeben und mich sehr sicher beim Essen gefühlt, vielen Dank dafür, das ist nicht selbstverständlich!

Cons:

Wir hätten uns das Frühstück noch abwechslungsreicher gewünscht
