Poor - some what affordable but expensive for what is delivered.
Pros:

We had high expectations for this property and it did not deliver. However, there were some positives a comfortable bed, close to train station, satisfactory sound proofing.

Cons:

The apartment was not cleaned properly, e.g. bathroom bin not emptied and full of used toilet paper, toilet paper rolls dirty, cooking equipment and stovetop not cleaned, shower full of empty soap bottles, sink did not drain properly.

The apartment was advertised as private. However, later in our stay, we found out that both the 'kitchen' and bathroom were shared. This was not advertised up front. We did find it later hidden somewhere in the Q&A, while the front page said you had the whole apartment for yourself. Be aware of this when booking. It was especially annoying because the bathroom contained the only sink in the apartment. If this was advertised correctly we would have booked else where.

The 'kitchen' is inadequite and not suitable for cooking. There are not enough utensils, pots and pans were dirty and there was no sink. The shared kitchen downstairs was also not up to standard.

We do not recommend booking in summer. The fan does not cool down the room at all (28 degrees all night). The fan did however have a built in water misting feature however this contained large amounts of mold, dirt and mysterious grime. We could not open the window because the bed was right in front of it and there was no fly screen so the room was full of bugs.

Cheap apartment, but expensive for what you actually got. Not recommended.

For Budget place it was satisfactory with clean linens/room/shared bath/Parking.
Pros:

It's basic Apartment Complex but had good parking.
Good location for what we where there to see and do in our car.
Clean linens and room. Shared bath but good!
So glad the manager answered my call to get in with the code.
I didn't get before trip.

Cons:

You had to go into town to eat but there where great options.

Pros:

Очень близко от станции, но шума в номере от жд нет. Только иногда легкая вибрация от скоростных поездов.
Важно учитывать, что станция Bisamberg не входит в черту города для билета/проездного по городу и нужно докупать билет на пригород

Cons:

Общая кухня и санузел на 2 соседние комнаты. Наверное пропустила это в явном виде в описании номера.
Т.к. это сельская местность - тараканы, жуки и прочие насекомые могут быть в комнате (сеток на окнах нет)

Pros:

Dostali sme dve izby. A už keď mali izby spoločnu kuchynu, kupelnu a wc, tak nas mohli dať aspon do jednej spoločnej bunky. Nebolo prijemne, že tam pobehovali cudzi ludia

Pros:

Propre et parking facile.
Très bon prix.

Cons:

Immeuble situé a 50m de la voie ferrée et 100m de l'autoroute. Insonorisé mais trop bruyant fenêtre ouverte.
Manque important d'équipements, porte manteau, porte serviette, lampe chevet, équipements de cuisine, télévision.
Idéal pour y dormir, mais pas pour y séjourner
