Pros:

Kedves, mosolygós, családias személyzet van. Minden reggel megkérdezték, hogy aludtunk, miben segíthetnek. A szülinapos férjemet reggel felköszöntötték, ami nekünk nagy meglepetés volt!

Fing sofort zu streiten an und Ihm (vermieter) interessiert das alles nicht.
Cons:

2 Tage vor Reiseantritt wurde bekannt gegeben das es Probleme mit der Zufahrt wegen einer Großveranstaltung gibt.
Bei der Ankunft wurde mir mitgeteilt, auf die Frage wegen den Rummel vor dem Haus. Angeblich wurde die Buchung vom Vermietet storniert und wir wurden vor die Türe gesetzt.

Good stay on the Grossglockner
Pros:

Check-in: was easy with the reception.
Parking: in front of the house.
The room: is very small (an hotel sized room) for our group of 2 + 3 kids but we enjoyed the big terrace.
The outside: really clean and nice. On breakfast we learned there's a play room for small kids with plenty of toys.
The place is run by a couple and they also run the breakfast themselves. There's a really nice atmosphere and they care to make your time and breakfast joyful. The breakfast was nice and there's a good automatic coffee machine.
There's an elevator which was great!

The room seems like partly renovated / partly renovation on-going or needed.

Having an elevator was helpful, the room spacious enough, the owner even provided a covered place inside the garage for my motorcycle. Tasty breakfast. Location matched my expectations,it is located in a beautiful and quiet rural side
