The apartment was not silent; we could clearly hear guests upstairs walking. During our 9-night stay, nothing was added (e.g., dish soap) or cleaned. The kitchen inventory was inconsistent and some items were damaged; the mirror battery was empty.
Although the reservation was guaranteed by credit card, the hosts requested an additional deposit via another bank card in advance. This was later withdrawn after Booking.com customer service intervened. The final cleaning fee is a hidden cost and far too high; better value can be found elsewhere where cleaning is included.
The hosts gave a New Year’s Eve gift to all guests, which was a nice gesture, but they made a distinction in who received what. This felt extremely unprofessional.
The so-called “lounge” is actually a basic, unattractive room where even the vacuum cleaner was visible, and we never met any other guests there. There was no explanation on how to use the PS4. Throughout the building, there is extensive written information about rules and costs, and even tea and coffee in the lounge are not free. In the apartment, waste must be separated into five bins, yet many kitchen appliances are cheap and unnecessary. Overall, the approach felt patronizing and inconsistent with the apartment’s environmental message.
Towels were poorly cleaned. There is no washing machine for own use. The bed became too warm and its sled-shaped end could be dangerous. Room temperature could not be adjusted, and we had to adapt to the hosts’ preferred billing time. The hosts showed little interest or initiative.
The price–quality ratio is poor.

ho avuto due piccoli problemi risolti immediatamente.
L' unica pecca ma lo inserisco come consiglio per loro, di mettere delle luci sopra al tavolino più alte perchè sono veramente troppo basse, luce gialla. ma ripeto è una critica costruttiva perchè non ho trovato nulla di negativo.
