We have changed three rooms because the air conditioner wasn't working and at the third room it need service the air wasn't cold enough. The hotel is very old, it doesn't work 50€ for sure. Parking is at the street if you find a place. And the lights were mostly off because it didn't have any bulbs!!!
It needs full renovation.
If you're looking for a room to stay for 2 days and you don't care much of below mentioned its perfect.
The bedsheets were very dirty and there were a few small flies in the room. Also, you could hear every noise from outside. Renovation is needed especially in the bathroom.
It was very kind of them to accept me to the hotel long before my check-in time, and I was pleased with the hotel overall during my stay.

Bed was broken, chair on balcony was broken, no plugs to charge phone and laptop, had to unplug the mini bar fridge to charge my phone.

Great value for the 1 night only down side there's nothing around the area like bars cafe or shops but 15 minutes walk to the train station it suited the short visit

The location Easy waljing distance to the electric ttain line and not far from key touristy spots and Pt Pireaus

Sone staff need to realise thst communication is key irregardless if you are not interested
Also communication is key regsrding advising reception of ehen you want fresh linen and towels and a clean
If uou are going to serve coffee for breakfast consider adding extra to the menu
Altwrnatively provide coffee tea making facilities and if thete is only one iron in the whole building make it known
No tourist wants to holiday in suitcase crumpled clothes
