They engaged in furthering the crimes of murder by poisoning in a multiparty coordination
Cons:

This is a scam property in Cancun, the management and the owners coordinate in Realtime to divulge your private security information to facilitate crime to be done to you. In my case, the criminal landlord and management facilitated a continuation of a murder by poisoning. All parties gloat post the execution of the murder plot. The Property is Federally reported across multi jurisdictions. I do not recommend staying here.

Pros:

I've stayed at this place several times already. Minimalism and cleanliness, convenient location (near the ADO station, shops, parks), very comfortable bed. Nice friendly staff who will help with any question at any time.

Pros:

Nos gusto mucho la ubicacion, pues esta cerca de la terminal de autobuses ADO, tambien de lugares economicos para comer.
tambien nos gusto que pasaban cerca los colectivos.

Cons:

quiza y la basura que dejaban los demas que se hospedaban ahi, tambien es una zona solitaria por las noches, no recomendaria caminar de noche.

We paid for 4 nights but were only able to stay for 3 of them.
Pros:

There was no breakfast included
The accommodation was in a good area.
The accommodation was comfortable.

Cons:

We arranged to have a late check in. Communication was good with the owner before our flight to Cancun.
But
Unfortunately we did not receive the check in information and address of the accommodation before or on arrival at Cancun airport.
This meant that we spent our first night in Cancun trying to sleep on a cold airport terminal floor instead of our room that we had paid for. We tried to contact the owner several times but could not get an answer.
The next day we tried looking for the accommodation which was difficult to find because we did not have the address.
Another guest house offered to help us, they eventually managed to contact our accommodations owner and get the check in information and address for us. We arrived at our Margaritas accommodation 11 hours later than planned after a very stressful and cold night with no where to stay.

合适的地点。很好的服务。
Pros:

地理位置很好，离23市场超市很近。离ADO车站也很近。周围环境也很安静。适合短期居住。

Cons:

没有厨房，不能自己动手做可口食物，所以不一定合适家庭，长住。

I did not stay! I left, and am trying to get my money back.
Pros:

There is nothing to like about this place: it is a dump! Poverty stricken and nothing like the photo they use to sell it. Further, it claims to be a 3 star hotel, and only once you have paid are you informed that it’s a ‘sort of hostel.’ Which it isn’t. It’s a slum.

Cons:

Neon tubes in the ceiling for lighting. Dinky room. Plastic table. No windows, just glass brick and a barred door that didn’t open and had a rag stuffed into the crack between door and floor to keep the bugs out. Absolutely UGLY and poor. But the worst thing is the false advertising!
