Great central location and clean rooms, but the breakfast was disappointing.

I had a pleasant stay at Kentrikon Hotel in Ioannina. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to explore everything on foot. The rooms were clean, and comfortable.

Overall, it was still a good experience and offers solid value for money, mainly due to its great location. I would consider staying here again.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

Pros:

The location is excellent since it's in the centre of town. Spacious and clean room

Cons:

We arrived at the hotel and no one was at the reception to check us in. After 10 minutes, we called the hotel and someone finally came to check us in. He wasn't rude, but he clearly seemed annoyed. I believe he was the owner, but I'm not sure. Every time we saw him, he wouldn't even say hello.

The breakfast was quite poor, and the lady working there had the same attitude. They were not rude with words, but their behavior made us feel unwelcome.

Also, it says on Booking that the hotel offers free parking; however, this is not true. We rented a car and it was almost impossible to find a parking spot nearby.
