Asiakaspalvelu oli hyvä

Cons:

Lattiat oli likaiset, vettä ei tullut kunnolla ja se näytti cappuccinolta. Huoneessa haisi pahalta, hiustenkuivaaja savusi (ei voinut käyttää) huoneessa oli kylmä, eikä ilmastointilaite lämmittänyt. Vesi oli katkaistu tullessamme huoneeseen ja vaikka avasimme venttiilit, vedenpaine oli surkea, että vessa ei vetänyt edes kunnolla. Hanat oli rikki

Clean,quiet, but description not quite accurate
Pros:

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed.

Cons:

There were no kitchen items. You have to ask for them. We did but they didn’t arrive for over a day. There is no washing machine in the room. You make use of the hotel’s washing machines in the basement which is fine.
