Prima faciliteiten maar in de basis (overnachten) viel het wat tegen.
Pros:

De faciliteiten waren goed. Het zwembad had heel mooi uitzicht. Beneden in de kelder waren diverse pooltafels, tafeltennis, tafelvoetbal. Ontbijtbuffet was netjes.

Cons:

De bedden lagen slecht, kussens waren erg dun. Diner in buffetvorm was koud terwijl we er als een van de eerste waren.
In de kelder stonden de wijnglazen van gisteravond met en zonder wijn van de vorige avond. Ook bij het kinderspeelgoed.
Ik vermoed dat de periode april geen hoogseizoen is waardoor dit soort zaken bleven liggen.

Pros:

Die Lage und das Konzept.

Cons:

Sie war ungepflegt, nicht sauber ( in allen Bereichen), besonders der Spielbereich war sehr heruntergekommen und vieles defekt.
Frühstück und Abendbuffet war lieblos hergerichtet, Beschriftungen fehlten und das Essen war von keiner guten Qualität.

Pros:

The architecture is interesting. The staff is very friendly and very helpful! The hotel has a pool with wonderful views and there is plenty to do to relax

Die Lage des Hotel direkt in der Zugspitz Arena. Von dort aus könnte man schön die Umgebung erkunden.

Das Personal war superfreundlich und hat geholfen wo es kann. Proaktiv würden uns weitere Handtücher nach dem Poolbesuch gegeben.

Das Konzept und die Zimmer des Hotels. Kompakte Zimmer mit Platz für die ganze Familie. Einen Vorraum für die Skisachen. Es gab einen Abstellraum für die Ski oder Schlitten.

Im Hotel war ein Pool Fitness und Saunabereich, womit man den Regentag gut verbringen könnte. Auch für Kiddies gab viel zu tun. Kletterwand, Billard Tischtennis und Brett und Kartenspiele. Das Hotel ist auf Familie (mit ohne Hunde) spezialisiert.

Das Frühstück war OK.

Alles in allen würden die Erwartungen aufgrund der Bewertungen bestätigt.

Cons:

Leider war es im gesamten Hotel etwas dreckig. Es hatte den Anschein als wenn das Personal etwas überfordert war bzw unterbesetzt war. Deshalb wollte auch Zimmerreinigung nur auf Wunsch. Der Pool Bereich war sauber. Der Kinderspiele Bereich mit der Kletterwand und Tischtennisplatte leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück leider zum späteren nicht mehr frisch, so dass sich der Käse schon wölbte. Auch die Tassen und Teller hatten leider noch mit Wasserflecken. Dazu waren leider Gläser mit abgebrochenen Glas. Hier sollte man mal aussortieren. Den Hinweis haben wir an den Mitarbeiter weiter gegeben.

Man könnte die Hundehalter besser darauf hinweisen, die Hunde an die Leine zu nehmen.
