It was a perfect stay .
Pros:

We liked ev thing ! The food was wonderful esp the farm produce like veg and esp the eggs and the breads and pastries . Tho meals had alot of veg it wasn’t boring. The dressing and marinades were excellent . The meats were great too.
Chef tashi is really amiable guy and took time to show us the farm . His food is amazing !
The dining staff were all v friendly and experienced. Had nice wines sake pairing .
Room was v spacious and beautiful w the private onsen . And on last day it snowed making whole resort so magical .
We really had a wonderful time . A big thank u to everyone.

Pros:

Everything is perfect in ENOWA! The two Michelin star restaurant jimgu is the best dining experience we had so far. Dinner was amazing, especially love the welcoming appetiser served at the greenhouse. All dishes are so well cooked and like a piece of art. The breakfast on next morning was superb!! You don’t expect an inclusive breakfast would be served in such a high level. Their home made cereal is the best! Thank you chef and all the staffs at Enowa. We had the best time here :)

This was our last stop on our 3 week trip and was beyond our expectations. Very exclusive, private and luxury!

This place was amazing. From being picked up at the train station in a Bentley, to the staff, food and amazing room.

Pros:

The design and beautiful trees facing the room including a plant in the room. The garden where pre dinner is served is beautiful. Details such as bathroom can access to the onsen pool and every details made the stay rejuvenating
The amenities in the room are great including the ice cream and sweets . The shower gel etc were great quality and the clothing provided .

No activity, spa or a restaurant

Outstanding, would love to return.
Pros:

The food was amazing for both dinner and breakfast.
Staff and service was outstanding, everyone was so friendly.
The hotel itself is very modern and zen which we love. They are very thoughtful in every way, even put ice cream in the room freezer for after onsen.

5-star luxury experience in the most beautiful, serene area imaginable!
Pros:

We enjoyed everything. The hospitality was exceptional, the room had everything we could want (a shower opening up to an open air hot spring bath), sweet treats/gifts everywhere, luxe products, views and the restaurant with its amazing food!! We had the most amazing meals. I am not a breakfast lover but the breakfast was next level. All of the food was so fresh and flavorful and innovative. 10/10 stars. We were blown away!!! The staff were so kind and welcoming and helpful. Top notch service. Definitely a Relais and Chateaux experience!!
