Nice clean room with a central location. Staff in restaurant were helpful. A bit noisy from music.
Pros:

This hotel is above the very popular Restaurant and music venue. It is in a fantastic location. No breakfast but it's located steps away from a co-op and a food court.

Cons:

The room was a bit small but clean. It's an old building, so no lift. I was worried the music would be loud and keep me awake since I was just above the restaurant. Two of the three nights was not a problem. But the Saturday night stay was a little loud until 11:30.

Posizione centralissima.Camera pulita . Buon comfort.

Cons:

Molto rumoroso perché alloggiavamo direttamente sopra il pub. La nostra stanza si trovava al primo piano . Musica troppo alta davvero.

Perfectly good room in great location
Pros:

Great shower. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Cosy overall
Great bar /restaurant downstairs with excellent live music all evening.

Cons:

It was quite pricey for what it was but Inverness was very busy that week so prices were high.

Centralt och trevligt boende. Vårt rum var fräscht och fint och rummet kändes mer som ett boutique boende än vad jag hade förväntat mig ovanpå en pub

Good location, but at a price for short stays.
Pros:

Loved the location, it's right in the middle of everything. We had a reservation for dinner at Hootananny and staying at the same place made that enjoyable.

Cons:

The value to price of the room was steep, maybe you are paying for location and maybe we didn't get to take enough advantage of the location because we got into town early in the evening. I still feel like the price could be lower for what you are receiving, especially since it is all self cater.

Loved our overall experience at Hootenanny!
Pros:

We were intrigued about the idea of staying over a well-known local pub and it didn't disappoint! Great music and food and a comfortable room. We stayed mid-week and noise level was fine as pub closed earlier than weekends. Highly recommend if you like live music.

Cons:

Not a complaint - but know what you are getting into. Rooms are fine and clean but not fancy and you deal with the pub staff with any questions or issues. They were great to me. Remember - you are staying over a pub. If that experience appeals to you, you won't be disappointed. If you are comparing it against the Ritz, you will be.

Pros:

Centralt, trevligt, bekvämt. Vi stördes absolut inte av att rummet låg ovanför puben (som är jättetrevlig!). Rekommenderas!

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Our room was very nice. The beds were comfy and the towels were fluffy! We loved going downstairs for dinner and some seriously good live music. One of the owners even volunteered to drive us to the airport when we checked out! We will recommend to all our friends!

It's na air bnb
Pros:

The top bedroom was a bit quirky and different. The gentleman doing the cleaning Sunday morning found my phone in the bed and kept it secure for me.

Cons:

No staff no breakfast no parking . This is an Airbnb. No personal contact at all other than a harassed barmaid who gave us rough directions up several flights of stairs with heavy suitcases. It was expensive £230 one night, with no breakfast
