Una stanza davvero accogliente, arredata con stile, pulita e confortevole. La posizione è ottima a due passi dalla stazione. Le camere si trovano sopra un pub altrettanto accogliente. Le camere sono completamente insonorizzate quindi essere sopra il pub non è stato uno svantaggio, anzi abbiamo consumato un'ottima cena con dell'ottima musica dal vivo e poi siamo saliti comodamente in camera!

Reception/bar maid. Very dry and abrupt, looked really unhappy. Maybe she was having a bad day.
Amazing staff
The housekeepers found me an extension cable so could work in comfort, they were smiley and friendly.

I’d probably of felt more comfortable with more than two loo rolls for my 3 night stay.

Less stairs ! Unfortunately I was travelling to a seasonal job so bad about 85kg of luggage with me and I was on the top floor 😂
Great central location in this very popular music venue. Room was large and warm on arrival. Very lively bar below with live music and great atmosphere.
We arrived at 1pm (2 hours early), hoping to drop the bags off. We rang the bell to be greeted by a very rude lady who told us check in is at 3. We asked if we could drop the bags off to which she said "leave them there" pointing to a communal area at the bottom of a stairwell. Not ideal. We also witnessed her being rude to other guests the following night who had the audacity to arrive early. Overall score I've put at 7, whereas it would have been a 9 or 10 if not for her.
The room was clean and quiet and centrally located. I just had one night in Inverness and so it was great to be near the center where I walked to dining and pubs. Parking was close and an easy walk to a nearby garage as recommended.
Directions to open the main door if you arrive outside of normal hours are to enter the code and turn the knob FIRST LEFT AND THEN RIGHT. Directions all say to turn right but if you don't turn left first you'll have no luck.
Beautiful and well-decorated room. Generally a great location - you are on the high street so there is noise on the weekends from the surrounding bars / restaurants but it didn’t stop us sleeping at all. It’s also incredible how you cannot hear the music from the Hootananny itself when you are in the same building, and being on top of the music bar really adding something for us as meant to be were able to spend the evening listening to the - frankly incredible - musicians and then hit the hay without having to leave the building.
Not the warmest welcome from the staff, but appreciate they are having to juggle serving at the bar at the same time! Whole process however was very easy and should be expected when you’re staying at a music bar rather than a hotel!

It was updated and quite clean. I really enjoyed the place.
As I booked it last minute through a booking site, i was not sure how to check in and had to wander around the restaurant and figure it out.
Good location, music and food close by. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The wi-fi is by far the worst we've experienced in Scotland. Shower was very slow to drain, easy to overflow onto the floor.
Friendliness of busy bar staff who pretty much dropped everything to lead me to my room. The nicely presented room.

It’s a great place to stay, my room was on the first floor, and I could barely hear the music, I was obviously not in my room for long. The third was super comfortable and it was a super cozy room. The music was great, but the bar was full of a bit of an older crowd.
I went to another bar across the street, and when I came back, hootananny was close I was not aware I had a fob, that was not told to me when I arrived, I had a code to get in, but the code box would light up. ( it’s digital) There where still some workers there that let me in and told me I had a fob,
Other than that the place is excellent !

Emplacement au top à 10 min à pied de la gare de bus et de train.
Proche de nombreux restaurant et du château.
Le pub au rez-de-Chaussée très bien.
Il aurait été pratique de pouvoir déposer la valise quand on arrive avant de pouvoir prendre la chambre. Mais les restaurants à proximité permettent de patienter:)
