Great location, a little worn but comfortable.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Parking was a bit of an issue but we found an overnight parking a few blocks away. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

There wasn’t an elevator and we were on the fifth floor but there isn’t anything they can do about it. The person we checked in with was clearly preoccupied but the gentleman at the door was very friendly and helpful. Also, you have to make dinner reservations online and in advance. We did not know that and it was not mentioned in the description.

Plenty of character and comfortable
Pros:

The property is a very old building in the middle of Inverness. The rooms are situated above the bar, which is quite lively, but not excessive. It has a lot of character. and the bedrooms were beautifully decorated. Bathrooms were lovely spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was I had to go up 4 flights stairs

Il fatto che la camera fosse sopra il pub e si sentiva molto la musica. Però è anche positivo poter mangiare e bere e poi salire le scale e andare a dormire.

Agradable pero escaso en algunas cuestiones.
Pros:

La propiedad estaba bien. Las habitaciones cómodas y bien puestas. Limpias!! Toallas y sábanas de sueño. Aunq la cama es muy pequeña
No hay personal y nadie q te ayude con las valijas, ya que hay que subir por escalera.
Esa bien puesto el hotel es limpio pero es como si fuera una habitación sin nadie a quien acudir por ningún tema ni necesidad.

Cons:

Tener q subir con las valijas x las escaleras. Que no haya nadie para consultar x las dudas.

Gut gelegen, aber jeden Abend Live Musik direkt unter dem Zimmer.
Pros:

Lage war gut, aber die Musik war jeden Abend, das hatte ich nicht erwartet war aber letztendlich mein Fehler….

Cons:

Ich kam mit dem keypad überhaupt nicht klar

A pleasant break.
Pros:

Cleanliness and comfort.

Cons:

We could not get into the building as advised. Needed to wait for staff to enter. Better if there was a lift. Dark corridors. Lighting on stairs could have been better.

Unique Lodging
Pros:

I liked the unique setting in Inverness. The lodging was centrally located. The evening meal was excellent. My room was comfortable and cozy. Excellent coffee maker with good coffee and hot water for convenient and quick soup, etc.

Cons:

Gaining access was a little trying sometimes but I was finally able to manage entry. The entry area once inside the building wasn't very appealing (items cluttered to the right of the entry door).

Pros:

Una stanza davvero accogliente, arredata con stile, pulita e confortevole. La posizione è ottima a due passi dalla stazione. Le camere si trovano sopra un pub altrettanto accogliente. Le camere sono completamente insonorizzate quindi essere sopra il pub non è stato uno svantaggio, anzi abbiamo consumato un'ottima cena con dell'ottima musica dal vivo e poi siamo saliti comodamente in camera!

Pros:

Lovely fresh rooms.

Cons:

Reception/bar maid. Very dry and abrupt, looked really unhappy. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Amazing location amazing value for money amazing attention to detail and cleanliness
Pros:

Amazing staff
The housekeepers found me an extension cable so could work in comfort, they were smiley and friendly.

Super clean and tidy room
Great shower.
I’d probably of felt more comfortable with more than two loo rolls for my 3 night stay.
But that’s just me cos I’m a weirdo
Didn’t even use a full one !

Didn’t visit the bar although have in the past

Cons:

Less stairs ! Unfortunately I was travelling to a seasonal job so bad about 85kg of luggage with me and I was on the top floor 😂
