Spacious tent and the staff at Carmine Hotel were up to the standard.
being at the rooftop and the view was the best part, they have a gym also.

The tent was spacious, the location was ideal, and the price was interesting.
What I did not like was the lack of rules to maintain calm, especially at night, and the disturbing behavior of some staff.
During one evening, a gathering with music was well organized and everything was fine, but at one point, two staff members joined us on the rooftop. Their presence disturbed us and prevented us from enjoying the music, as they talked loudly about trivial matters.
I invite the rooftop manager to implement strict rules for the staff to ensure that they do not disturb the guests.
The tent was spacious and the mattresses were comfortable. The hotel’s location is ideal.
What I did not like was the lack of organization on the rooftop. There was a lot of noise and disturbance, even at 2 a.m., 4 a.m., and 6 a.m.
The noise was mainly caused by the staff working there. I spoke to them several times, but it was useless. Each time, a different staff member would create the same disturbance again.
The Wi-Fi connection was very poor and almost unusable.
I also noticed that the tent had not been cleaned when I checked in.
Advice:
I strongly recommend booking through Booking, as the price offered on site was almost double the price shown on Booking.

During my third stay in the same tent, the same problems occurred again. I complained to El Haity, who directed me to Youssef at the reception. I spoke with him, and he promised that this would be the last time and that the situation would be handled.
However, at around 5 a.m., someone was talking loudly near my tent and woke me up. When I came out to see who was causing the disturbance, I realized it was Youssef himself.
In addition, I eventually had to clean the tent myself.

The best thing about the place is the easy comfort you can find, the quietness you have sitting on the perfect hammock on the roof and enjoying the night breeze while having a hot drink, also, all the staffthere are amazing a friendly, especially Youssef, as he really brings the life to the place and always doing something to improve how the place looks and to make it even more comfy for visitors.
Property is well located, has a pool if you want to swim, a bar, a social area to socialize and friendly staff.
Whenever I needed toilet paper in the common toilet I had to ask for it and they promptly gave me, but it should be there already.

The tend was broken and with the wind was really noisy. The hotel is next to a fast road with taxi and cars going all night. Standing all day under the sun, in the evening is boiling hot, but is part of the game
The Language exchange program was amazing :)
I really really enjoyed connecting with other Egyptians and helping them learn English! I met wonderful people from all over the world and loved connecting with the other volunteers as well! Ahmed, the organizer is phenomenal at what he does and is so kind and accommodating as well, I always felt supported with him behind me! At the camp in Dahab, we had feee accommodation and organized beach clean ups and stray animal feeding which was so wonderful. I’m returning to Egypt in a month and will be participating in the same program again :)
