Trevlig o gästvänlig värdinna. Fräsch lägenhet med en vacker utsikt över Livadia och havet.
Kiki upgraded us to a studio with two huge terraces. The view is beautiful, over Livadia and the sea.
High-spec, super comfortable mattress and spacious apartment. She was very helpful, collecting us and taking us back to the ferry at the end of our stay.
Yes the walk down to the village is quite steep in places but we enjoyed it. It's well lit and only takes 5-10 minutes.
Tiny points: the kitchen sink tap was so loose it was almost falling off. The brand of capsules for the Nespresso machine tasted awful. We bought our own coffee and used the Cafetiere instead.
The design and the size of the apartment was amazing. The designer did a great job thinking of many practical yet beautiful solutions.
The apartment was really clean and we absolutely loved the quiet here.
Big thanks to Kiki as well, who picked us up and dropped us off at the harbour - as well as for making our studio available before the official check-in.
Most mosquito nets on the windows were not installed properly or so damaged that we couldn't use them.
When you open the kitchen cabinets, there is this mouldy smell - which makes sense in a kitchen made this way. This issue will probably need some rethinking in the future.
Beside that, some people may dislike the path to the town (we didn't, we knew where are we located) - yes, it's better to have proper shoes (sneakers are fine) and yes, you need to be fit to some level. It's uphill and it's uneven steps. Great cardio every day, though!
Amazing view from the balcony. Comfortable bed. Nespresso machine. Very kind and helpful staff. Kiki picked us up at the port and brought us down to the port at departure (without car it is difficult to reach the hotel with a suitcase: the path is not suitable for luggage and following the street is long). We definitely would stay there again!
Καινούρια, καθαρά και μεγάλα δωμάτια με συγκλονιστική θέα. Ησυχη περιοχή με σχετικά εύκολη πρόσβαση με τα ποδια στα Λιβάδια. Εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα και πάλι.
Υπήρχαν παντού σιτες στο δωμάτιο αλλά σε κάποια σημεία είχαν κενά.
Η θέα ήταν εξαιρετική! Ο χώρος είχε ωραία διαρυθμηση, δυνατό aircondition, καλό στρώμα, αναπαυτικό, αρκετό χώρο για ντουλάπα.
Δεν είχε σίτες, τα παράθυρα δεν έκλειναν, η μπαταρία του μπάνιου θέλει επιδιόρθωση, ο καθρέπτης στο νιπτήρα ήταν πολύ ψηλά μόνο για 2μετρους. Για 275€ την ημέρα ήθελε να είναι ποιο προσεγμένο. Δεν υπήρχε το τηλεκοντρόλ στο σαλόνι. Έξω στην βεραντα ήθελα μια πέργκολα η ένα πανί σκιάστρο, διότι έκαιγε ο ήλιος.

Thalassa is a dream. The view is beyond expectation and the apartment is cleaned everyday with great care. The terrace is equipped e with sun beds, table and 2 chairs. New and clean Thalassa is in a quiet place. Not suitable for people with mobility problems because many steps to/from village.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a perfect mix of simplicity and charm. The staff were helpful. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings make THALASSA the perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and recharge. Highly recommended!
The property is located up the mountain. There is a path that gets you to the town in 5 min but people with mobility issues may want to consider staying somewhere closer to the shore as the path is steep and rocky.
Very very nice place to stay in Tilos. Probably the best. New and modern. Great views of Livadia.

Recently renovated , bed was very comfortable and lots of surfaces to put your toiletries and other items on. There were two separate outside areas to sit with fantastic view across the bay and the most gorgeous sunrise. Very quiet location at the back , and although there is a road behind the property there was hardly any noise.
The balcony wall was very high so when sitting down your view was obstructed. The wall needs to be glass and then would be perfect.
