Super hôtel à Perissa, à côté de la plage
Pros:

Super établissement à 200 m de la mer. La piscine est super et tous les équipements de la chambre également. Le personnel est très sympa et bon conseiller concernant les choses à faire à Santorin.

Pros:

We enjoyed every second of our stay here, the room was stunning, immaculately clean and spacious. The pool beds were very relaxing and had stunning views of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of food and juices. Everyone who worked here was incredibly friendly and helpful! We couldn’t recommend staying here enough, and we will definitely book it again when we’re in Santorini next. 10/10 all round!

Gorgeous, clean, friendly and helpful staff, great location, plenty of space around the pool.

Cons:

Our swimwear turned green in the pool, although this issue seemed to be resolved by the last two days of the holiday.
We had one night when a neighbouring property was incredibly loud into the early hours, although this is not the fault of the hotel but perhaps something to be aware of.

Beautiful Serene Spa Complex
Pros:

Beautiful spa apartment complex, very serene & chilled. We came this year to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary & everything about the place is so nice. The standard room we stayed in this time was adequate had everything you needed. Was cleaned everyday & towels replaced. The staff were so lovely the man that served breakfast was lovely. The breakfast menu was different from last time if you wanted anything extra on the menu you had to pay. But what we had every morning was more than adequate & delicious.

No heated tub, no pool bar and staff rude, overworked and unfriendly.
Pros:

The hotel is fairly new so the rooms are clean.

Cons:

There was only one receptionist, Angel, who also had a number of other roles. He was on duty all day until night time and would also handle all night issues. If your flight is delayed or comes in the late, you're done for as Angel will likely be sleeping and very rude and sarcastic because 'you woke him up from sleep'. The 'heated tub' indoor in room 5 is definitely NOT heated and is 5-10 degrees centigrade at best although the manager(comes onsite for an hour a day) will be adamant that its 30 degrees centigrade until you ask him to get a thermometer 🌡 at which point he'll disappear. The hot tub was cold through out our stay so we didnt get to use it. There is no pool bar or any bar on the premises except the 3 beers in the fridge minibar. The whole experience was so disappointing to be honest.

My fav place to stay.
Pros:

Beautiful place to spend your vacation, if you like quiet relaxing place far away from busy life thats a perfect place to choose. :)

Cons:

Clean each day, housekeeping do perfect job each day. Members of staff really helpful.

Breakfast very poor, child was not included in the breakfast (2 years old). The water in private jacuzzi water was cold. (We had comparison during other stays in Santorini) so we were not able to use it.

L’emplacement et la déco.

Cons:

Hôtel fantôme.Un numéro sur le bureau d’accueil pour les renseignements. Un bar sans serveur qui ne sert donc à rien.Une femme là pour les arrivées et les départs qui te dit bonjour une fois à l’arrivée mais qui peut passer devant nous à la piscine 10 fois mais qui ne va jamais dire un bonjour ou sourire. Avec enfant en bas âge ils se permettent de nous mettre à l’étage avec escalier sans ascenseur donc nous devions porter la poussette non stop.Hotel qui accepte les bébés mais sans lit bébé dispo.Finitions très mal faite. Lavabo (marbre ou pierre)tombé dans la chambre à 1h du matin causant de la casse de matériel mais aucun geste commercial à la hauteur du préjudice prouvé et une réponse 10 mn avant le départ de l’hôtel donc histoire de ne pas’ assumer l’erreur de mettre des clients dans une chambre non terminée. Vraiment hôtel zéro juste beau et beau sur les photos oui mais chambres sales, aucunes vie à l’intérieur, emplacement agréable, déco agréable mais hôtel complètement vide aucune âme c’est vraiment dommage et trompeur.Le pire reste la communication qui est extra décevante pour un hôtel et de plus 4 étoiles !! Dernière heures de notre séjour nous avons eu le droit à des menaces et pour cela ils communiquent mais en deux jours aucunes réponses pour que l’hôtel fasse marcher ses assurances pour les dégâts.Honnêtement ne vous fiez pas aux photos car l’ambiance, la communication, les petits verres au bar de l’hôtel que nous aimons tous en vacances, la gentillesse des Grecs ne se trouvent pas dans cet hôtel.

Tranquillité et Zenitude
Pros:

Nous avons aimé la décoration, la tranquillité, le calme et la disponibilité des transats à la piscine! Et l’emplacement

Cons:

Le produit dans la piscine qui tache les maillots.
Le manque de diversité dans les petits déjeuners, qui sont cependant copieux. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas d’eau fraîche proposée!

Les serviettes de douches sont parfois un peu tachées.

Nous regrettons que les produits (eau et café) ne sont pas renouvelés de manière quotidienne. Alors que le prix de la chambre est le même qu’on reste 1 ou plusieurs nuits!
