Pros:

Room was clean, bed comfortable, aircon worked

Cons:

Not enough info in the room.

No wifi code in room and almost no phone signal away from the window. Shower takes a long time to warm up >2 minutes, at 07:00.

Took me a minute to figure out that window must be closed for aircon to work. Colleague from Australia apparently didn't figure that out.

Pros:

Great place with a nice interior and well equipped. The hosts were very welcoming and responded quickly to any requests. The location is excellent – close to the beach, in a quiet area, and just a 15 minute walk along the lovely seafront to the center of Stavros.
The only small downside for me was that the balconies are quite close together and not really separated. Since our neighbors on both sides were smoking, the smoke sometimes drifted even inside our apartment. For non-smokers or guests with asthma, or families with kids this might be a bit uncomfortable.

Pros:

Everything is brand new, fresh, extremely clean, staff was very polite, we really enjoyed. Good value for the money. The villa is located in the most beautiful part of Stavros.

Cons:

The only downside was the noise that Bulgarian guests were making from the villa next to this one, they were extremely noisy almost every night until 4 AM, so it was hard to sleep but considering Bulgarian manners I think no one can affect this so you have to close the balcony door and cover your ears with your pillow.

Prachtig gebouw, fijne locatie maar moet nog verbetert worden.
Pros:

Het is een prachtig complex in de buurt van zee en strand. Fijne locatie om snel lekker te kunnen relaxen in de zon. Maar voor comfort heb je meer nodig dan alleen een mooi en nieuw gebouw. We hebben een leuk verblijf gehad maar dit kan met een paar kleine verbeteringen nog veel leuker zijn.

Cons:

Een goed ontbijt hoort bij een leuke vakantie. Een pannetje om eieren on te koken is er niet. Ook geen keuken handdoek of theedoek. Het warm water in de keuken is aangesloten op de koud water kraan en kan gevaarlijk zijn. Ik heb nog gezocht naar personeel maar die zijn er niet vaak en dus niet gevonden. Lamp in de slaapkamer defect.. nou ja ik laat het hierbij

The flat is new, very good equipped, good water pressure, very good looking in general including bathroom, close to beach

За престой 3 нощи, нито веднъж не почистиха.

Спалнята беше върху надградена площадка...аз съм ниска и нямах драма, но съпругами си удряше редовно главата на ставане от леглото :) не препоръчвам за високи хора.
