Pros:

I really liked this stay for the location, the nature around, the facilities, good breakfast, and lovely staff. We stayed for 5 days and we'll definitely be back. We also took some hiking trails nearby and it was wonderful spending the afternoons in the SPA. Loved the place.

Ultima noapte a fost un coșmar din cauza unei toxiinfecții alimentare provocate de coastele de porc servite la cină. Această mâncare comandată de la restaurant mi-a distrus noaptea (frisoane și stări de rău, de la ora 03:00 am stat doar pe WC).

Este clar că această bucătărie are probleme grave de igienă.

Fiind motociclist și având un drum greu spre casă, am cumpărat un late checkout până la ora 15:00 de la recepție ca să mă odihnesc. Cu toate acestea, personalul de curățenie a intrat peste mine în cameră la ora 12:00, dovedind o lipsă totală de comunicare internă.

Nici nu știu cum am ajuns acasă pe două roți în starea aceea.
Nu am avut energie de reclamații atunci, dar nu recomand acest hotel.

My last night was a complete nightmare due to food poisoning caused by the pork ribs served for dinner. That food ordered from the restaurant ruined my night (chills and severe sickness, I was stuck on the toilet from 3:00 AM onwards).

It is clear that this kitchen has serious hygiene issues.

As a motorcyclist with a tough ride back home ahead of me, I purchased a late checkout until 3:00 PM from the reception just to get some rest. Despite this, the housekeeping staff barged into my room at 12:00 PM, showing a total lack of internal communication.

I honestly don't even know how I managed to make it home on two wheels in that condition.
I didn't have the energy to file a formal complaint at the time, but I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Points négatifs : gros manque de clarté lors de la réservation. Le “chalet” réservé correspond en réalité à une chambre dans un chalet partagé avec 5 autres chambres. Après vérification, l’information était indiquée sur le site internet de Booking.com, mais pas sur l’application mobile. En tant que client, on ne pense pas à comparer les deux supports.

Autres points négatifs : douche qui inonde la salle de bain, plusieurs coupures de courant, petit-déjeuner correct mais pas exceptionnel, et portes du hammam qui ferment mal.

En résumé : bel endroit avec du potentiel et personnel très gentil, mais plusieurs détails sont à revoir, surtout la transparence lors de la réservation.
