Cons:

Staff was very rude especially the Guy on the Reception
Worldwide in muslim countries hotels allow to checkout until Friday prayer but staff in Nuva hotel is rude enough to disallow that as well.

Highly Recommended Stay!
Pros:

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff is extremely cooperative and goes out of their way to assist with anything you need. The room was spacious and comfortable, and all the facilities were well worth the price. A big plus is that they can also help with car rentals at budget-friendly rates, which made things even more convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The back side of the hotel can look more presentable with some paint/plastering done on it. It did seem abit gloomy at night time. Other then that , spot on.

It was alright based on the fact that it was an urgent need.
Pros:

The hotel staff was good.

Cons:

The lift was not functional. The first room did not have a functioning AC. The room was not really tidy. The washroom in the first room was not in the best of conditions.
