Relaxing, beautiful and immersive
Pros:

We were amused by the design and the environment around (and inside) this place. Every detail is incredibly well made and the whole structure tells a story. Every part is fully equipped with everything you may need (from the beach towels to the free sunbeds) We could enjoy a super relaxing day, and taste a very nice meal at the tavern under the hotel. The plus was Harry, a super nice host that was keen to accomodate to every request and that made us want to come back even more :) We also recommend to the spend a part of the night on the beach, you can see a sky full of stars with no light pollution

Cons:

The road to get there is pretty tricky but you manage to arrive following a street that is completely asphalted (we managed with a fiat panda ) . Plus we recommend to get to the tavern before 9 pm at dinner, because then they'll close.

Wonderful landscape, excellent service, respect for the environment, and a caring staff.

The property is beautiful, comfortable, and features many common outdoor areas perfectly integrated with the landscape. We didn't get the room that we ordered. In order to have a balcony, we were forced to pay additional 55 Euros. There is no air conditioning!!!!!! At night we could not sleep, as it was very very hot. The rate doesn't give a value. We do not recommend this place

Charming guesthouse for relaxing summer vacation
Pros:

The guesthouse is recently renovated, with great taste both inside and outside, materials used seem to be of very high quality. Bathroom is very spacious, beds are comfy (although they are more on the sturdy side, but this is something we like).
They cleaned our room every 2 days, during our stay towels were changed twice, and sheets once. The room had a balcony with a lovely sea view, and especially enjoyable summer breeze in the evening. There is a tavern next to the guesthouse where we enjoyed delicious greek food, the tavern is open from 8am to 10pm. The prices are moderate for 2024 (souvlaki 8 euros, moussaka as well, fish and other sea food ranges from 10 to 16 euros).
Since it's situated right across Skiathos, there is a water taxi that goes from Katigiorgis harbor which is 15mins away by car. The price for water taxi is 20 euros per person per way, and usually it goes twice within every hour.

Overall we had a really pleasant stay and we will definitely return sooner rather than later.

Cons:

One thing we didn't like is the size of the refrigerator, it was very small and difficult to store food and beverages, also there is no freezer which again made our day trips to other beaches/places a bit difficult. There is no A/C, only ceiling fan, but luckily nights were manageable if you leave the fan on and balcony doors open.

This is not really related to the accommodation, but more of a heads up - if you want to use the beach, make sure you have swimming shoes, because it's mostly sharp pebble and rock, especially in the shallow but the water is very beautiful!

Beautiful hotel nestled in a cove
Pros:

Amazing beach in the south pelion, facing Skiathos.
The building is perfectly maintained and furnished with a nature inspired theme. A restaurant opened from 10am to 10pm right off the beach. (10pm is 10pm: you wont get a drink at 10:01). Reserved (and included) beach beds in a secluded spot of the beach 200 feet from the hotel. Convenient reserved free parking.
Comfortable state of the art bathroom that can handle toilet paper (Yayyy).
No air conditioner but it wasn’t necessary during to the cooling effect of the sea and a very effective ceiling fan.

Cons:

The bedding was very hard, more to the liking of the german or swiss visitors. We could finally find sleep by sleeping over a comforter to soften the mattress.
We still haven’t fully understood if the room was supposed to be cleaned during our stay. Beds were made in the 3rd day of our 4 nights stay.
