Pros:

The building and facilities are new

Cons:

The management is welcoming at first but disappears and is non-existent if you do not use their services ie their rate for transport from East Bank is 800 EGP while the going rate us 500 EGP.
Bed linen was not been clean, stale bread rolls served at breakfast.

epic views of Luxor's famous hot air balloons.
Pros:

The hotel lives up to the hype with sensational views over the west bank of luxor. i woke in the morning to see the epic sight of the hot air balloons set off for their flight over the ancient sights. from the rooftop it is a wonderful view. the staff were very helpful and a sizeable breakfast spread.

Cons:

The internet didn't work well, and there is much in the immediate surrounding walkable area aside from alabaster shops.

Pros:

It was absolutely true to pictures, the air balloon place was literally five minutes away from the hotel. In the morning we could see the balloons even from the room through the window. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also correct. If someone is looking for a reasonable and good price-value place I can only recommend it.

Cons:

The shower in the bathroom did not have a separate shower tray; instead, the entire room was on the same level, so when bathing, the water flooded the bathroom. In addition there was only lukewarm water.

老板人很好，走的那天联系不到包车司机，他帮我打电话联系的，早上5:30走出房间走到楼顶能看到热气球起飞，蛮壮观的。院子里有泳池，早上坐在院子里吃早饭、晒太阳

Très belle découverte avec cet hôtel!
Le personnel est vraiment agréable et aux petits soins! Nous a amené a la pharmacie, nous avons rendu les clés de la chambre le matin mais nous ont gardé les bagages le temps d'une visite et nous ont laisser l'accès a la piscine et l'extérieur toute l'après midi et ont même laisser notre fils malade se reposer dans une chambre
Les repas sont servis sur place et très bons! Ils répondent même aux demandes particulières
Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres
La vue est est splendide le matin avec les montgolfières mais le soir également avec la vue sur la vallée des rois éclairée. L'emplacement permets de visiter les sites autour facilement
L'hôtel est entouré de fabrique de sculptures de pierres diverses.
Ils nous ont organisé un vol en montgolfières
Tout était parfait pour nous et nos deux enfants de 7 et 15 ans
Un big up pour eux

Le camere erano eccezionali , enormi . L 'Hotel è di nuova costruzione e il cibo molto buono. Ma soprattutto lo staff giovane. Di grande simpatia e disponibilità. In particolare devo ringraziare una persona,Mido che si è prodigato con attenzione per ogni nostra richiesta e necessità.

The stay was good.
Pros:

Proximity to the hot air balloon launch site

Cons:

I booked the balloon ride through the hotel and didn't get to fly the first day I had to stay an extra night. The day I missed, I saw many other people miss their flight and had to leave because they had to travel. What a bummer !!

Arrivé tardivement ( minuit) tout en aillant prévenu et on se retrouve avec la porte fermée.
Une fois appeler on nous a ouvert la porte, arrivée à la chambre ce fut un désastre.
Frigo laisse à désirer, fuite d’eau des toilettes dans la salle de bain, pas d’eau pour se doucher, draps et serviettes sales, nous avons contacté l’établissement pour l’eau car après une journée en visite nous avions qu’une envie c’est de se doucher donc il nous dit d’attendre 10 min ce que l’on fait voir plus ( 1h du matin ) on le recontacte il nous dit qu’il va réglé le problème et que dans 20 minutes ça sera réglé.. nous avons attendu jusqu’à 2h30. Il ne nous a jamais recontacter ni même venu nous voir.
