Pros:

Великолепное расположение. На рассвете с верхней террасы можно наблюдать воздушные шары. Красивое зрелище. Шары пролетают совсем рядом. Вид на поля и храм Хатшепсут. Горы красиво подсвечены ночью. Рядом алебастровые мастерские. После check out оставили чемоданы на ресепшен без дополнительной платы. Персонал старается и помогает.

Cons:

Завтрак. Хотелось бы блюда из яйца, омлет, например. Был йогурт, помидор, огурец, сыр, джем и булка, картофель, сок в пакете. Чай, кофе не предлагалось(. В апартаментах был чайник, заварили чай сами.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the entire staff was absolutely amazing — always friendly, professional, and willing to help.
I would especially like to highlight the lovely lady at the reception, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm welcome and dedication truly made a difference and made me feel very special.
I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back!

Restauration correcte et servis à l’heure qu’on demande
Quartier authentique
Calme si on omet l’appel à la prière car mosquée à côté mais on se rendort vite voir on n’entend pas avec la fatigue
Fabriqué d’albâtre à 300m (et autres souvenirs) et avec des prix bien moins chers qu’aux souks pour commencer à marchander

Wifi moyen
Hôtel isolé, pas d’autre lieu pour se restaurer à proximité.

La gentillesse des 2 serveurs et de la dame de ménage.
L'emplacement à 2 pas de la vallée des rois.
La belle piscine (mais un peu trouble).
Les repas corrects et peu chers mais avec beaucoup d'attente.
Globalement un séjour très agréable

Cons:

La description du logement indiquait une machine à laver, mais il n'y en avait pas alors que nous l'avions en partie choisi pour cette raison (après négociation, l'hôtel a accepté de nous faire 2 lessives). Information mensongère concernant 20 min de massage par personne qui se sont transformées en 20 minutes pour une personne par chambre et finalement à un horaire impossible pour nous.
L'éloignement de la rive est de Louxor.
Literie très très dure.
Enfin un déficit de maintenance avec des fuites dans les 2 salles de bain.
Malgré cela, séjour très agréable

Very clean, fantastic views and location. Friendly staff. Medo kindly helped with local restaurants, not frequented by tourists, and a felluca trip and general local information. Excellent guide.
