Excellent value. Nightmare first day, remedied and excellent value option.
Pros:

Very good value. Judge somewhere by how they deal with problems. The first night was a disaster, there is no generator so no fans or aircon when the power goes off but frustratingly kept awake by next doors generator. The plumbing also wasn’t working so no shower or toilet and the children staying in the Masai huts discovered the roofs leak in the rain.

However, we were all moved into new rooms the following morning, good aircon, good shower, large clean rooms, incredible value.

Breakfast is underwhelming better to wander and find somewhere with a view.

A tip:

On a budget the rooms here are really very very acceptable but no hotel facilities so
Grab a tuktuk in the morning. 15000tsh
Several 5* hotels in kendwa do a surprisingly affordable day rate for use of pool and sunbed all day. (We paid 20000pp at kendwa rocks off season)

Cons:

Caution no generator and the Masai huts in rainy season.

Magnifique, apaisant relaxant.
Pros:

L’endroit est super mignon, les chambres sont belles et propres. C’est bien aménagé et on voit qu’il y a un effort sur la déco ce n’est pas juste fait pour dormir.

Cons:

Seul le wifi n’était pas vraiment stable mais sur une île comme zanzibar ce n’est pas vraiment important.

alojamiento a buen precio
Pros:

El hotel no tiene grandes lujos pero la habitación es amplia. Reservamos una de dos plazas y una cabaña. La cabaña es de adobe estilo masai sin baño, como experiencia de una noche puede servir, pero son más cómodas las habitaciones. Si buscas un sitio económico que te sirva de alojamiento (sin querer disfrutar de un resort o algo así) es un lugar perfecto, humilde pero limpio, espacioso y con todo lo necesario. Lo mejor para mi las chicas que lo llevan. El desayuno bien también, cantidad suficiente y te dan a elegir como quieres los huevos (fritos, revueltos…). La ubicación también está bien, al final de la playa de Nuwgi, alejado del mogollón de hoteles pero cerca de todo. Al lado de las tortugas. A 10 minutos andando por la playa está el mejor restaurante local, Fish Market. El mejor pescado al mejor precio. Nos encantó!!! Y si sales del Fish Market por la carretera hacia el pueblo, todo recto hasta llegar al mismo poblado, encontrarás una casa que vende bolsos de mimbre/ paja hechos por ellas mismas a un precio de 35.000 chelines tanzanos (unos 12 € al cambio) ideales!!!

Cons:

No puedo decir nada que no me gustara. Puede haber detalles que lo pueden hacer mejor sitio (cuidar el jardín más que es precioso y está salvaje), poner champú en el baño… pero son detalles para hacerlo de 10. Por el precio está bien.

Pros:

Super lieber Inhaber & Personal. Sie waren immer ansprechbar und haben sich bei Bedarf gekümmert. Auch das Preis Leistungsverhältnis fanden wir gut. Wir hatten sogar das Glück, dass die Affen vom nahegelegenen Zoo zu Besuch kamen. Die waren sehr lieb.

Cons:

Sansibar kämpft mit vielen Stromausfällen aber der Inhaber hat extra während unseres Aufenthalts einen Generator gekauft, damit wir immer Strom haben. Super gelöst!

Lovely place, would stay again.
Pros:

Amazing room - I upgraded to a luxury double and the price was great.
Good breakfast.
Location quiet but close to beach and a short walk into town.
The girls who look after guests are absolutely lovely.

Cons:

Management need to make electronic payments easy or allow payment via Booking.com.
I eventually was able to pay by card but it went through twice so waiting for payment to settle.

Sink in bathroom was completely broken, toilet flush didn't work properly, one of the 2 lamps in the room didn't work...none of this was fixed during my stay... breakfast was just ok...omelette, a few slices of fruit and black tea

Super kind staff, good breakfast and the value for money is one of the best in Nungwi. Spacious rooms, hot water and goo

Emplacement au calme, chambre spacieuse et grand lit, bonne salle de bains, petit déjeuner correct inclus.

Cons:

Un peu excentré pour Nungwi mais ça reste accessible. Difficulté pour le paiement en TZS avec taux de change défavorable par rapport au USD.

La cabaña era muy bonita y el desayuno incluido era muy completo.
Todo el personal muy amable.

Cons:

No tener generador de luz. Zanzibar sufre muchos apagones diarios de luz y el hotel no dispone de generador por lo que nos quedamos en muchas ocasiones sin luz y sin posibilidad de usar el agua. Eso si, nos proporcionaron duchas en otro hotel cada vez que pasaba.

Pros:

The place was cute and clean!
My room was so cozy and comfy. Every 3rd day they clean the room too.

Near the beach, lots of shops and Restau a few mins walk.

Sofina and her ladies were so smiling. Oh i love them so much, they were helpful with you. Goodvibes all the time.

Miss Sofina even adviced me to come home before 7pm because it was election. Thanks for the concern sofina. With Miss sofina and her ladies i couldn't say more. During my stay was confortable and Restful. it was just outstanding service. From taxi, money exchanged, ideas, those small request i asked they can comply. excellent service!

You can reach them anytime of the day. You just call there name in the garden they can hear you :)
My only concern too was wifi
It was just the wifi 3 days before the election we didnt have wifi.

I highly recommend this place.

Вполне нормальный вариант
Pros:

Уютный отель, рядом с пляжем, меньше 5 минут пешком (но после обеда отлив, так что купаться не вариант).
Улучшили вариант проживания бесплатно, номер просторный, горячая вода есть.
Завтрак омлет, кофе, тосты с джемом, фрукты.

Cons:

Не было вайфая, несколько раз обращался к персоналу, так и не получил. В номере не было вешалки и так по мелочам.

La camera è bella e spaziosa ed il letto relativamente comodo rispetto ad altre strutture sull'isola

Cons:

Alla reception non c'è mai nessuno e si deve bussare in giro per trovare persone (che poi si rivelano molto gentili, ma difficili da trovare). Nel bagno il rubinetto del lavandino non era funzionante e l'ultimo giorno non avevamo acqua per fare la doccia e ci siamo lavati in un bagno "comune". La posizione non è comodissima, ma considerando il prezzo ci si può accontentare

L’originalité des chambres et l’emplacement

Cons:

Les chambres ne ferme pas à clé , tout le monde peux y entrer donc j’y ai passé de très mauvaises nuit , coupure d’eau , d’électricité , pas de wifi qui fonctionne , changements de chambre 2 fois imposés , et manager qui refuse de vous parler quand vous lui dites que vous êtes pas satisfait et les raisons

Je souhaite avoir une compensation financièrement , je suis pas satisfaite du tout de mon séjour et d’avoir payé pour cela
