Pros:

Gute Lage, cooler Pool draussen. Richtig schön!

Cons:

Das Bett war ungemütlich- man hat ein Gefühl man rutscht runter von der Mitte. Dampfbad könnte mehr Dampf ertragen.

Genialer Urlaub
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr zentral und hatte einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf Bad Gastein.
Das Frühstück war vielseitig.
Der Außenpool war warm und schön. Meistens wenig los. Die Massage im Spa war sehr angenehm und empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Das Abendessen gibt es erst um 18 Uhr.
Davor nur Snacks. Sonst hab es nichts auszusetzen.

the front desk ladies were very nice and welcoming

Cons:

the service was not that good. When waiting to order a drink at the bar they just ignore you. You have to explicitly ask them otherwise they won’t pay attention to you.

Wellness in den Bergen mit coolem Designkonzept
Pros:

Sehr schönes Schwimmbad-Design im gesamten Haus und der Blick über die Berge ist fantastisch (gerade von der Sauna aus). Das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber die Wege etwas eng. Das Restaurant abends war großartig!
Vom Bahnhof aus empfiehlt sich der Bus, da der Weg mit Rollkoffern doch sehr steil ist.
Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Personal könnte teilweise etwas freundlicher sein. Insbesondere beim Frühstück hat uns gestört, dass es im Team scheinbar interne Differenzen gab. Das ist leider unprofessionell.
