Cons:

Ich war Gast im Urban Nature Bad Gastein - Badeschloss und bin leider sehr enttäuscht vom Umgang mit meinem Anliegen nach dem Aufenthalt.

Am Abreisetag habe ich meine goldene Omega-Uhr im Zimmer vergessen. Unmittelbar danach habe ich das Hotel kontaktiert, um zu klären, ob die Uhr gefunden wurde und wie ich sie abholen kann. Die darauffolgende Kommunikation war jedoch äußerst unprofessionell und frustrierend.

Mehrfach wurde mir ein Rückruf zugesagt, der nie erfolgt ist. Telefonisch war das Hotel selbst praktisch nicht erreichbar – Anrufe wurden schlicht nicht entgegengenommen. Lediglich über ein gegenüberliegendes Hotel derselben Gruppe konnte ich jemanden erreichen, der mehrmals versprach, mein Anliegen weiterzuleiten. Es wurde mir in Aussicht gestellt, dass sich ein zuständiger Mitarbeiter melden würde, gegebenenfalls auch mit einem Vorschlag zur Kompensation – leider ebenfalls ohne jegliche Rückmeldung.

Zusätzlich blieben meine E-Mails unbeantwortet.

Ein solch mangelhafter Umgang mit einem derart wichtigen Anliegen ist für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie absolut inakzeptabel. Ich hätte mir zumindest eine zeitnahe und verbindliche Kommunikation erwartet.

Sehr enttäuschend.

Pros:

A stylish hotel, every detail is a delight! Friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, a great spa area, and most importantly, incredibly comfortable pillows!!! Now I want one for myself 😄

Edel, schlicht, bunt, fröhlich - irgendwie passen viele positive Beschreibungen zu diesem charmanten 4 Sterne Hotel.
Der ungarischen Masseur bekommt mit seinen therapeutischen Fähigkeiten einen fünften Stern!

Relaxed,comfortable and friendly. Vibe smart/casual but laid back.
Pros:

Quirky blend of modern and traditional architecture and interior with nods to buildings history. Lovely roof top pool and relaxed spa view. Easy place to chill.

Great hotel with impressive roof top infinity pool.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice, but after 5 days it became a bit boring since every day the same food was offered. The swimming pool on the roof is great, the sauna is very hot and has a great view. Location of the hotel next to the waterfall is nice, and the ski bus takes you quickly to the gondola.

Cons:

The room was quite hot and difficult to cool (window could not be opened at night because the waterfall is nice but too noisy, the climatization/air system did not allow to make it cooler) down, the matraces of our beds were way too soft.
