We enjoyed our stay and would return again.
Pros:

Our Sea View apartment was a clean, modern unit with an outdoor patio area, comfortable bed, and functional heat/AC. The views were of the local mountains and some of the sea view as well. The host is very friendly and helpful. The online information and photos are mostly accurate. We enjoyed our stay and would return again. It's best to view the various units on Komody Apartments Delphi website (GoogleSearch) since the exact room photos can then be accurately viewed. Be certain to review all items included (or excluded) and all photos to best understand specifics about each apartment.

Cons:

Yes, some units have just a few steps to enter, but others require carrying luggage further down & up stairs. Delphi is a hilly up and down city! Parking can also sometimes be a challenge in this busy city. The apartment did have a coffee maker but no coffee upon arrival and it appears there will be additional costs to get services like breakfast items and full coffee products.

Relaxing healthy and easy.
Pros:

Loved the comfortable modern clean rooms and all the nature and fabulous views especially the bird life out the very finely screened patio window. Close to the main bus and Delphi site but still very quiet.

Cons:

The glass balconies should be made with bird proof glass because, as with most glass, many many rare wild birds are killed by collisions. This is a growing problem with new constructions in Greece.

Great location within walking distance to the site and town, beautiful hike out the back

Cons:

There was an ant infestation in the bathroom. The owner gave us a lemon spray and a mop. It was disgusting and scary for the children, especially going into the bathroom in the middle of the night to see the bathroom floor covered in ants. Then the faucet to the bathtub was broken, making it very uncomfortable to take a shower. The owner was sympathetic but did nothing to compensate for the massive inadequacy of the accomodations

Truly spectacular views from this comfortable, modern studio apartment.
Pros:

The Komody apartments are on the bottom level of Delphi town with a truly spectacular uninterrupted view of the
Gulf of Corinth! A very relaxing place to chill on the terrace after site seeing, comfortable and well equipped room. Perfectly located for visiting Delphi Museum and Site and the Ancient Path from Delphi to Kirra starts right outside.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit wasn't very effective in April so could be stifling in summer.

Excellent emplacement pour visiter Delphes, et excellent rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Les appartements étaient impossibles, décorés avec goût tout en étant très fonctionnels. L’un des appartements avait une formidable vue.
L’accueil était chaleureux

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner aurait pu être meilleur pour un prix à peine plus important. C’est le pain qui nous a manqué le plus

Ideal location, nice views, walking distance to Delphi entrance
Pros:

Location was ideal - walking distance for entrance to Delphi first thing in the morning. Beautiful views from the apartment down the valley. Apartment itself was modern, very clean and overall comfortable.

Cons:

Unless you order their breakfast service (for a fee - €15), you are not provided with any coffee/tea even though a coffee maker and tea kettle are provided. If you have any mobility issues, getting to your apartment requires a rather steep set of steps down on the outside of the building, and then stairs back up inside to get to your apartment (if you choose one with a balcony). Parking is street parking only, which can be tough to find nearby. And, we were here third week of April which is considered low season.
