Friendly host and clean, comfortable apartment

Exelente lugar para descansar, a 4 cuadras de la calle Balcarce donde se realizan las peñas, cerca del centro también y mucha comodidad, Martin muy atento a lo que necesites 👌

location is amazing, not far from july 9 square and railway station(although not the season can not catch train to clouds). also just 2 blocks to music street, why i forger that word?

2 rooms in 1, kind helpful host, good location, great WiFi
Pros:

I ended up staying here a week as I really liked the place and the host goes out of his way to ensure you are confortable. The WiFi is excellent, over 50 mbps in the bedroom and over 30 in the ñiving room where you have a sofa and table with a window outside. There's a kettle and the bathroom Is a decent size with a hot shower. There's also a fan in the bedroom. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk to town and there's a shop 2 doors away that sells almost everything.

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say about this place, it was just a shame they'were doing constructón work next door so it was noisy sometimes.

Clean, safe, small apartment in a good neighborhood.
Pros:

A good, clean, safe place to spend the night.
The bed is comfortable, the place simple and clean.

Martin is a wonderful host. Water dispenser and electric kettle provided.

The area is quiet, safe, and 4 blocks from a street with live music and lots of restaurants, two cafes nearby to grab a coffee and breakfast.

Good value!

Clean, quiet, friendly budget friendly accommodation in safe and attractive neighborhood.
Pros:

Super friendly and attentive host.

The place has everything for a good night sleep, it’s clean, has a good bed, hot shower, and it’s very quiet. Simple, yet so convenient. And safe.

Location is very good with café s and convenient stores around the corner, a large supermarket nearby, and a great pedestrian zone with numerous restaurants and live music 3 blocks away.

I do advise people to pay cash as it is a better value for you.
