Απλά ικανοποιητική.
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία, το πάρκινγκ, η ησυχία, το WiFi , και το γεγονός ότι δύο ζητήματα που είχαμε (μυρμήγκια στο δωμάτιο και πρόβλημα με το σήμα της τηλεόρασης) ,όταν τα αναφέραμε στον υπεύθυνο μας εξυπηρέτησε άμεσα.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό για δύο άτομα, δεν υπήρχε υπηρεσία καθαριότητας ( έπρεπε να καθαρίζουμε εμείς το δωμάτιο) , μετά από 4 ημέρες παραμονής μας έφεραν νέα σεντόνια και πετσέτες, δεν είχε ασανσέρ.

Klimaanlage lief gut.

Cons:

Wollten 4 Monate vor Anreise stornieren da sich eigentlich Pläne geändert hatten. Keine Kulanz, sollten vollen Preis bezahlen.
Am ersten Tag mal wieder kein wasser in preveza.
Nachts Stromausfall und die Notbeleuchtung erhellte das gesamte zimmer.
Tassen fehlten gänzlich
Alle Hinweise auch die Ausschilderung nur in griechisch, so auch die Wegweiser wo man sich melden soll, telefonisch nicht erreichbar.

Sehr schön gelegen, Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, direkt gegenüber nettes Restaurant

Cons:

Ausstattung etwas spartanisch, aber dem Preis angemessen. Funktional und für unsere Nutzung nur zur Übernachtung geeignet

Πολυ ευγενικος και εξυπηρετικος ο ιδιοκτητς.Καθαρο δωματιο ανακαινισμενο. εχει και σιτα στο παραθυρο Το στρωμα και τα μαξιλαρια πολυ ανετα.Διαθετει βραστηρα και πιστολακι.Η παραλια Κυανη Ακτη 10 με 15 λεπτα περπατημα

Cons:

Το μεγεθος του δωματιου ..Χωρις αυτοκινητο ειναι μιση ωρα περπατημα απο το κεντρο.Δεν εχει κοντα καποιο καφε.Αν εχεις αυτοκινητο ειναι μια χαρα.

Pleasant stay, nice facility and very close to the beach.
Pros:

The host was very friendly and helpful. He even went above and beyond, when asking about the oranges in the garden, he was so generous that he filled the whole basket full of oranges and gifted it to us.

Preveza - a surprising Greek gem
Pros:

Out of town but with easy access to beaches, the local amazing castle and the town centre itself. Lovely coastal walk to a beautiful town beach with 2 wonderful tavernas.
Our host upgraded our accommodation and we enjoyed having space to cook eat and relax on a spacious balcony.

Cons:

The bus station was just too far out of town but there was a bus stop just outside.
Their season does end early - many places out of town were closed by mid September

Pros:

When I arrived there at the first day a few hours bevor Check in time, the host placed my luggage and told me to come back later. As I did, I didn't get the keys, but some related people invided me for dinner and they were sooo sweet and welcoming. I will always remember that ❤️

Cons:

The accommodation is settled in Pantokratoros, wich is about half an hour outside from Préveza by foot. For me it was okay, because I like walking, but after a few days I've got tired of it. Around the apartment is not so much to do, except you like to swim (of course) because the beach is just there in front of it.

Pros:

The property is modern and very clean all around! Has everything you need for a great vacation. Location is great and close to all main interest points as beaches, downtown, marina.
