It is pleasant to stay.
Pros:

The room was on the ground floor. Easy to access. A free car park is present to park your car. It is very close to a Lidl Supermarket and close to beach and restaurants.

Pros:

Close to all the beaches and town centre 400 metres away. Nice Patio with table and two chairs, good air conditioning, LIDL across the street.

Cons:

The street is very noisy right through the night, there seems to be lots of street racers felt like and sounded like you were in a car rally. Also lots of coaches leave very early each day which causes more noise. Pillows and bedding needed cleaning as they smelled. The room seemed dark the lighting was inadequate. There was a tiny (15”)television which wasn’t watchable from a distance of 3 meters and there was Paper thin walls.
Means you can hear other guests. Parking. Was an issue as the adjacent hotel claims that their side of the public street is reserved for their own guests so was asked to move my car. The owner of the other hotel claims the owner of Sunibel rooms has two cars parked long term on his side of the hotel. So this creates tension between the guests from the hotels. The owner was very friendly and was invited to his other property Del Rey Rooms & Paraiso Pool Bar Restaurant and the very clean and beautiful Paraiso beach.
