Pros:

L'appartamento è molto spazioso e dotato di tutti i confort necessari.
Zanzariere presenti su tutte le finestre e portafinestre.
Kostas ci ha accolti con molta gentilezza.
Le due spiagge fronte casa sono meravigliose e piene di pesci bellissimi ❣️

Perfect choice
Pros:

Very friendly host. Perfectly clean. Close to the beach. 2 balconies, 2 air conditioners, nice garden with barbecue and playground

Pros:

L’appartement où nous avons séjourné était agréable, propre et proche des commerces et des lieux de vie. Le seul petit point négatif était que la plage accessible à pied était assez chère et, sur les plages non aménagées, il n’y avait pas d’alternatives comme des chaises longues. Nous avons donc dû aller sur des plages situées à 6 ou 7 km. Si vous avez une voiture, c’est très facile, mais sans voiture, cela peut être un peu compliqué.

I will definitely revisit it!
Pros:

It’s a very family-friendly place, but at the same time quiet and peaceful, with very clean and spacious rooms. There’s also a fantastic beach just a 5-minute walk away, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a peaceful day by the sea.

A lovely touch is that a baker comes by every morning, so you can buy fresh bread and pastries for breakfast.

Cons:

There is a main road near the resort, with cars driving at quite high speeds considering the type of road. Unfortunately, there is no proper pedestrian crossing or safe passage for pedestrians, although this seems to be a general issue throughout the Halkidiki area rather than something specific to the resort.

Other than that, everything was perfect!

A great place for your vacation
Pros:

The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The location is lovely, just outside of the busy Nikiti but a short walk away from a lovely secluded beach not visited by many. There is a playground on the premises with a swing and tables to have dinner outside. We liked it so much that we forgot to leave. Luckily, Kostas, the opener, was very understanding. The staff is lovely, always available and very attentive.

Two separate bedrooms, air conditioning was great. Screen windows and doors were a plus. We liked the bakery truck and the garden.

Cons:

The building was older than expected, only partially renovated. A few things in the room didn’t work ( freezer door was broken, overhead lights were not working, the bathroom could use some updating)

Однозначно рекомендую ці апартаменти для відпочинку
Pros:

Дуже гарне помешкання, просторе, чисте, є все необхідне, кондиціонери в обох кімнатах, поруч неймовірної краси пляжі. Господар дуже добрий та привітний, пригощав фруктами з свого саду. Територія готелю суцільний фруктовий сад, це дуже гарно і затишно.

Cons:

Поруч дорога, але види, пляж та помешкання це компенсують.
