We were welcomed and felt at home.
Pros:

Welcoming and helpful staff. Clean, warm and comfortable room. Toiletries provided in well-maintained bathroom.

Cons:

The restaurant menu was limited apart from plentiful choice of pizzas. Food was satisfactory, but did not showcase Abruzzo specialities as some previous guests have suggested.

Una notte romantica in un borgo da favola!
Pros:

La posizione è fantastica all'interno del Borgo di Civitella del Tronto e dalla camera la vista era davvero eccezionale. Il tramonto ci ha regalato momenti magici e al mattino le rondini ci hanno offerto una danza davvero spettacolare. Soggiornare all'interno del borgo è stato molto bello e romantico. L'auto si può lasciare all'esterno delle mura (vicino a Porta Napoli) a 2/3 minuti dall'hotel in parcheggi gratuiti. La camera è semplice ma funzionale e pulita, il nostro bagno poi era praticamente nuovo. Colazione più che adeguata (considerando anche il prezzo conveniente), noi non abbiamo richiesto il salato ma per nostra scelta. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Per la cena abbiamo approfittato del ristorante e ci siamo trovati bene sia per il cibo, il servizio e l'atmosfera (tutto buono ma i dolci erano veramente ottimi).

Cons:

Suggerirei solo maggiore attenzione alla pulizia davanti al portoncino dell'ingresso (purtroppo i piccioni nei centri storici sono invadenti...); stesso discorso per l'ascensore che emana odore di chiuso, al contrario del corridoio, della camera ecc., tutto super pulito!!

Una piacevole esperienza
Pros:

Vista veramente eccezionale, dalla camera si poteva ammirare sia il gran sasso, le verdi colline e il mare adriatico. Stanza semplice ma nel complesso comoda. Ristorante molto buono!

Cons:

Nel nostro bagno non funziona la ventola e una piccola cabina armadio male attrezzata.

Camera con vista eccellente,tra Gran Sasso e mare di Ascoli, certo con movida assente x la fuga dei ragazzi dai vecchi borghi anche per colpa del passato terremoto, ma per chi ama pace e tranquillità è l'ideale.

Cons:

Magari mettere sul letto o nell'armadio il doppio cuscino per chi ne fa uso come me sarebbe meglio

Tout ce que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'une chambre quadruple.
Pros:

La ville en elle même est remarquable et l'établissement est de la même veine. J'imagine que les lourdes restaurations en cours sur la forteresse sont également dictée par la nécessité de sauvegarder les autres bâtisses de la cité. Si vous voulez y séjourner c'est de bon goût et la vue est imprenable.

Cons:

La décoration a été modifiée mais elle constituait l'authenticité de ce pays. La priorité aurait été pour moi de mettre des ventilateurs au plafond. Ceux fournis font bien le travail même en été ! SVP réparez la porte d'accès au parking quand on est en famille on a généralement pas mal de bagages...
