Nous avons passé un séjour délicieux. La vue, la décoration des chambres et le calme reflètent bien l’authenticité de cette île. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, frais et cuisiné chaque jour par Sotiris. Tout le monde a été aux petits soins avec nous. Cet hôtel fera sans aucun doute parti de nos plus belles découvertes. PS : nous nous étions posé la question du moyen de locomotion et recommandons vivement la voiture plutôt qu’un scooter.

Franchement parfait. Un personnel plus qu’adorable. Pas de faute de goût. Emplacement parfait et vue magnifique. Excellent petit’déjeuner.

This accommodation impresses not only with its perfect location (only a few minutes away from a wonderful beach), not only with a wonderfully well thought-out design concept, not only with a wonderfully spacious, summery apartment furnished with high-quality materials, not only with the absolutely delicious, rich, fresh & seasonal breakfast, but above all with the absolutely Greek hospitality of the hosts, Georgia & Sotiris as well as their team members. All four the epitome of greek warmth.
They gave us a truly incomparable and unforgettable summer with their kindness, care & attention. I was seven months pregnant at the time and couldn't have felt more at home. We would like to thank the whole team for the wonderful time, we will definitely be back.

Stimata is a magical place with a wonderful energy! We had the most amazing experience!

It’s in the wonderful bay of Flampouria that has two beaches with a lovely little church between them with a magical juniper tree, under which you can have morning yoga and meditation.

The rooms were immaculate and wonderfully designed and decorated, and the pinnacle of it was the large floor to ceiling window doors that would open in front of the bed to the most stunning view of the bay, which felt almost unreal.

The hospitality of the owners (Georgia & Sotiris) is unparalleled and you can tell that they do this from their heart because they truly care about their guests and see them as family. This is prevalent all the way from the breakfast (more on that further down) to all the little details around the property that you can tell that the owners live and breathe the property and they are constantly thinking about how to make the time of their guests there memorable and the best it can be.

The breakfast was plentiful, delicious, immaculate, very well thought through and any special dietary requirements are being well thought of and adjustments made to cater for. We even received an email from the owners in advance of our visit asking us of any dietary requirements/restrictions so they can prepare in advance.

The owners are truly very kind, embody the Greek essence of meraki (putting love and care in what you do) and even gave us a parting gift when it was time to go.

We truly wish we could have stayed longer and for sure we will be back again in the future!

Gorgeous property with a spectacular view. Best experience with the hosts Georgia and Sotiris I’ve ever had. They served the most delicious breakfast and showered us with snacks. Also, very important for me, the shower had incredible water pressure, truly rare for an island venue. Would highly recommend Stimata!

È una struttura fantastica ,organica ,curata in ogni dettaglio ,tutto profuma di mediterraneo ,i proprietari sono fantastici,ti coccolano tutte le mattine con una colazione sempre diversa ,abbiamo amato tutto di questo posto ,accoglienza ,relax ,privacy,il rumore del mare e un profumo di erbe aromatiche favoloso

The location was fantastic! We enjoyed a stunning view, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The property was modern and spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed.
