Zentral, schick und gemütlich - zu einem fairen Preis
Pros:

Perfekte Lage gegenüber des Rathauses, in einem wunderschönen, historischen Bau. Alles sehr gepflegt und neu, geschmackvoll aber auch zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Ein Getränke- und snackautomat ist vorhanden, aber am Hauptplatz gibt es auch spätabendliche Verpflegung.

Cons:

Ohne große Kritik: handtuchhaken im Bad wären toll und eigentlich wäre da auch noch Platz für ein kleines Regal oder eine Ablage für toilettartikel.
Ansonsten: ja, man hört das Nachtleben vom Platz, aber ich zumindest habe geschlafen wie ein Stein 😁

Pros:

The location is excellent—right in the heart of the Old Town. All the major tourist attractions you’d want to see are within a 5-minute walk. The room is quite spacious and equipped with everything you might need (coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge, etc.). The self check-in and check-out processes are also very easy. You can even leave your luggage in a secure area after checking out.

Cons:

I’m not sure whether it was due to other guests checking out or the staff, but on two out of the three mornings I stayed, I had to wake up around 6 a.m. because of quite loud noise inside the hotel.

Nice apartment. Careful with tapping water in the yakuzi, as the shower contact in the wall leaks.

Pros:

Die zentrale Lage. mitten in der Stadt am Hauptplatz ist logistisch ein Traum. Die Zimmer sind groß, geräumig und haben einen schönen Ausblick auf den historischen Hauptplatz. Es ist alles sehr sauber, freundlich, modern und umfangreich ausgestattet. Per Mail oder Telefon wird schnell und einfach geholfen. Jederzeit wieder!

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind für uns etwas zu "Weich" gewesen und für die Bedienung des Kaffeeautomaten wäre eine kleine Nutzungsbeschreibung hilfreich gewesen. Das sind aber absolute LUXUS-Probleme und KEINE Beanstandung!

Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer, sauber, bequemes Bett

Cons:

Wir nahmen ein Innenhof-Zimmer, um den Lärm auf der Straßenseite zu vermeiden, aber leider war das Zimmer trotzdem etwas hellhörig. Wir hörten nachts Lärm vom Innenhof, wenn Gäste rein- und rausgingen und redeten.

Sombre (fenêtre sur ruelle). Trop chaud (en hiver), je devais laisser ouvert la fenêtre, qui donnait accès à une ruelle occasionnellement bruyante

Zentral ruhig sauber und schön.
Pros:

Wunderschön renovierter Altbau, Checkin problemlos, Blick auf den Hauptplatz und dennoch ruhig, 300m Fußweg von der Parkgarage. Alles sehr sauber und großzügig.

Cons:

Wir hatten die Familiensuite Nr. 10, ein Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten, alles toll, aber es gibt keine Türen zu den einzelnen Zimmern. Muss man mögen.

Hat optimal gepasst
Pros:

Für meine Pläne war die Lage hervorragend.
Ich hatte bei der Abreise etwas im Kühlschrank vergessen und eine junge Frau vom Zimmerservice war zum Glück schon im Dienst und hat mich nochmals reingelassen. (ansonsten erfolgt Check-in und auschecken ohne Personalkontakt.)
Mein Zimmer ging auf die kleinste Gasse von Graz (deswegen auch keine Aussicht)

Cons:

nachts gab es manchmal Geräusche irgendeiner Maschine? Leitungen?
