We had a great stop over in Thessaloniki at the Hipsters Hotel. Perfect location to go and explore.

Pros:

A beautifully designed, stunning hotel with impressive attention to detail, housed in a historic preserved building. Excellent location and a wonderful staff. Our room was cozy and remarkably comfortable, and the breakfast was verygood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Pros:

Staff was very very friendly and cool. Breakfast was good compared to how small the establishment is.

Cons:

They gave us a real hard time on cancelling and rescheduling our visit even though events happened wasn't up to us. Also there was a renovation on the apartment across the street started on like 7am... and even continued on saturday. I still can't forget that rumbling noise... Finally, restrooms on our room was so tiny. I mean "tiny" beyond reasonable "tiny".

Great little hotel, in the center of town. Nicely renovated, very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed.

There was only a small thing: the shower tiles were a bit too slippery.

Cons:

Das Frühstück auf den Blechtellern ist definitiv ausbaufähig. Auch wäre es angenehm gewesen, wenn die Türen nach außen geöffnet gewesen wären und man nicht im kalten Zug der AC gesessen wäre.

Sehr schönes Hotel für eine Nacht
Pros:

Das Gebäude aus dem Jarh 1925 liegt in einer Seitenstraße und ist auf eine besondere Art renoviert worden. Ein Ambiente, dass einzigartig ist. Die Zimmer sind unterschiedlich groß, Zimmer 205 und 101 gehören eher zu den kleineren. Es gibt einen Aufzug, wenngleich er sehr klein ist. Sauberkeit ist tip-top, Check-in/-out ohne Probleme, Gepäck konnte zwischen-deponiert werden. Das Frühstück ist von der Qualität der Produkte sehr gut. Der Kaffee wird an einer Barista-Maschine gemacht.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist definitiv zu klein, wenn er voll belegt ist. Der Service könnte besser sein, wir hatten eine junge Dame, der man sagen musste, dass z.B. Schüsseln für das Müsli fehlen, der Joghurt nachgefüllt werden muss. Die Anordnung des Buffets war zu verspielt (auf den Gläsern waren umständlich angebrachte Deckel), Spiegeleier warn nur noch lauwarm, Wasser kommt meistens aus dem Wasserhahn (mit Chlorgeruch), das Wasser, ist aber eigendlich billig zu kaufen). Je nachdem, welches Zimmer man hat, kann es nachts noch etwas laut sein (Geräusche von der Straße her sind deutlich zu hören), werden aber ab ca. 00:30 weniger bis hin zu leise.
