Gorgeous property aesthetically. Great location close to restaurants and the beach.
Very comfy bed, great pillows. The staff kindly helped with my bags.

Cons:

It’s very noisy. Every sound carries. Both nights there were people getting back very late and I could hear every conversation.

Clean and nicely decorated boutique hotel
Pros:

Nicely decorated boutique hotel, very comfortable stay. We enjoyed having the balcony to sit and hang out our clothes. Staff were helpful and kind. Only 10minutes walk from Parikia port and bus stop

Cons:

Room is a little small, but think that is normal for greek island stays.

Aesthetic design and convenient location for a Parikia stay
Pros:

- the staff were helpful and supplied extra towels for our beach visit
- the architecture and construction of the hotel. It has a unique aesthetic
- close to an ATV hire, a convenience store, and the strip of restaurants

Cons:

- the soundproofing. The building sounds partly hollow, so if you have loud, inconsiderate, drunk talkers in the next room, you can hear every muffled sound they're making, especially if they've stumbled back at 2am and it's dead quiet in every other area of the hotel.

Super friendly staff, especially the cleaning crew!! Rooms were pretty but a bit small when you have a big suitcase (for my boyfriend with his smaller one, it was no issue tho!!)

We had a beautifull view on the sea & the garden was quite relaxing.

Cons:

The reason why i gave it 7/10 stars was due to the fact that we had ants in the room and a cockroach on the terras😭 idk how since we didnt keep anything sweet in the room, and it started right after cleaning so it wasnt an issue of dirt? More like a small hole in the bathroom that caused them to be able to get in… i understand with the garden etc that this can happen but maybe some extra bugspray, traps, or something could help.
We did still really enjoy our stay, location wise you are quite close to the main town and there are multiple options for food, and beaches
Just the bugs tripped me off 😭

We really enjoyed our stay at Kokoon in Parikia. It’s a small, quaint hotel with a lovely, welcoming feel. The location is fantastic — just a short walk from the port and close to the charming old town, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A wonderful little hotel in a great location — we would happily stay here again when visiting Paros!

Pros:

El hotel es super bonito, pero lo que lo hace especial es la gente que trabaja allí. Son super amables, nosotros llegamos temprano y nos dijeron que nos avisarian por whatsapp cuando nuestra habitación estuviese lista, y así fue, cuando llegamos nuestras maletas estaban dentro de la habitación! un encanto! Esta a dos calles del puerto.
