Pros:

Apartment war wunderschön, modern, viel Platz, tolle Aussicht in der Junior Suite. Gute Nähe zu Lokalen und Supermärkten. Strand im Ort ist ziemlich voll, besser mit dem Wassertaxi zum Milosbeach fahren.

Cons:

Schwierig Parkplatz zu finden. Viele Tagestouristen.

A great hotel close to beautiful Agios Nikita’s beach and restaurants
Pros:

The hotel was relatively new and everything was very neat and clean. The pool area was great. The staff were amazing. They worked tirelessly cleaning rooms, cleaning the pool, tending to the garden, cooking breakfast ( only available if you book directly through them and not a third party). Michael was lovely and very attentive. Let him know when you are arriving ( give him a 10 minute warning) and he will meet you there. There is no reception at the hotel. It was walking distance to the beach and the tavernas. Agios Nikita’s is so beautiful. Catch a water taxi to nearby Milos beach if weather permits. It’s an organised beach.

Cons:

Parking was a nightmare. If you moved your car, you could not find a parking spot when you returned. The hotel was situated right next to a cemetery, did not bother me but may bother others. The safe in your room is not attached to anything. So not really safe at all. We had no problem with this, as we find all the beautiful Greek people very honest. The pool area needs some kind of screening as the path to the beach passes right past the pool. Hopefully some fast growing trees can be planted as a screen.

Immaculate place to stay located perfectly close to the hub.
Pros:

It’s almost brand new and the staff keep it immaculate whilst also being so friendly. Pool is perfect temp and all facilities are modern and quality.

Cons:

Wish it had parking facility it’s hard to park in the beautiful town

We loved Agios Nikitas and will go back and we would reccomend this accomodation
Pros:

The property is modern and clean with the advantage of a sunbathing and pool area. Comfy bed. Good clean and modern bathroom. Shower - no bath. Maids clean every day and do a very good job. Very close to the village. 3 min walk. to both sea and tavernas. Staff are good and communicate well.

Cons:

The accomodation is referred to as "Luxury Living." I would say this is pushing it. The accomodation is clean and modern but the fixtures and fittings are a bit of a hotch potch of items . Certainly not what I would class as luxury. My partner complained there is no mirror or full length mirror in the bedroom/living area. There is a safe but as this was not fixed to the wall it was somewhat useless as a burglar could just walk off with it.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Super gelegen, nur 5 Minuten bis zum Meer. Gleichzeitig total ruhig. Das Zimmer war geräumig und modern, der Pool super zum Ausruhen.

We loved it here! What a wonderful stay and what a beautiful place thank you so much.
Pros:

Michael welcomed us and he couldn’t have been more lovely. He even gave up his parking spot as we struggled for ours! It was perfectly clean. The pool (we didn’t book here to use the pool as lovely beaches but ended up using it a few times after a long day in the sun and it just was the cherry on the top!). Everything and all the touches were lovely.

Cons:

The only improvements I could see would be it would be nice to have beach towels to use by the pool, and I think there was a gym but wasn’t mentioned in check in so we weren’t sure! But these are very minor improvements. Maybe some shampoo and conditioner in the shower would be super special as only a body wash / shampoo mix. But again, we had the best stay ever and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Michael!

a well designed and maintained block a short walk away from the beach and the restaurants / bars
Pros:

The room was spotlessly clean and the facilities of the block were excellent - the pool was excellent and very well maintained

Cons:

The only criticism was that on occasions there were two few sun loungers - matching the numbers of sun loungers to the capacity of the block would solve this issue
