Pros:

The beds,showers and the general reception for the staff

Cons:

Some how in my room it lacked hot water but was told that was going to be solved and still the second night water went when I was showering

Nice hotel, great stuff
Pros:

Staff was briliant, they were very helpfull and polite. Location is good. Food is great and portions are huuuge.

Cons:

There were small ants in the room and you have to wait for hot water more than 10 minutes.
