Lovely stay, amazing staff but no opening windows in the room. Quite expensive!
Pros:

We loved the location, the pool, the location and the cafe / bar. The staff were all great and very friendly.

Cons:

We really didn’t like the fact there were no opening windows in the room.

Incredible sea view experience. Struggled with the stairs
Pros:

Spacious apartments with cooking facilities and lots of space to chill out.

Cons:

I think the property needs lifts.
We took our dog away for the night for her birthday and unfortunately she hurt her leg beforehand. We were on the first floor so I had to carry her up all the stairs and open doors to get to our apartment.
Carrying luggage up too is a struggle

Great place to stay in Newquay
Pros:

Great rooms with lovely views. The pool area is really nice and relaxing. Cocktails in the bar were great and lovely sunset view

Fantastic place
Pros:

Fantastic place , super breakfasts - staff were incredible, loved the dinner at the restaurant.Swimming pool spotless and great clean, fresh accommodation. Bed was comfy …and all our interactions with staff was superb service. Highly recommend the place…. Well done to the team.

Cons:

Terrible room view that ruined the whole stay, we wanted sea view and instead got a horrible view of the huge ugly metal roof and air conditioning pipes/vents. We were full of hope and excited when we arrived and felt the location and set up was good value but our room was just nasty! We would have preferred no windows v the view we were give . Little niggles too like no power point near mirror and such a tiny sink unit these was no where to put any toiletries - they ended up under the tv . Reception staff ( so called manager) were extremely unhelpful and patronising . We arrived so early that they definitely could have changed rooms around. We were going to book a couple of extra nights but after the service given and room there was no way we were staying longer. First time we have registered a complaint mostly based on service. As we left we met a different manager who was so professional - I think she was called hailey - shame she was not on duty the first day . We were prepared to pay extra to move rooms it was so bad and had we not paid in advance we would have just left

Amazing location. Close to very nice beaches.
Very friendly staff
The rooms design and colours are just amazing. It was a lovely stay and we really enjoyed it and extended our stay.

Cons:

The spa was very big but without a sauna or steam. It would be better if you could open the room window.
