Bright and full of natural light in every area of the hotel ✨ We loved the modern interiors and the separate café serving flavoured coffees and matcha. The 20” pizzas from the restaurant were unreal 🍕 We stayed with our 3 year old son and he absolutely loved the swimming pool, on-site park and the little toy room, such a family friendly stay! 🩷

Loved the stylish decor and fun vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and we had an amazing sea view! Helpful to have the little shop too as we forgot our eggs for breakfast.
We did the morning yoga and loved it, would be nice if it were a little discounted for guests though.
Nice that you can use the pool and gym before check in and after check out.
10am checkout seems very early, esp when check in is as late at 4pm. We did manage to get an half hour extension on check out by asking the staff, but a lot of places do 11am which is much nicer for a couples stay.
Would be really useful to have salt, pepper and some oil in the kitchen (which was otherwise very well set up).
A sauna would make the leisure facilities almost perfect.

Location and facilities were excellent. Staff were extremely helpful. Pool and gym were fantastic. Breakfast in the cafe was phenomenal.
It didn’t have a sauna (that we could find!)
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very well equipped with kitchen facilities, which was perfect if you fancied making some food yourself. The view from the room was absolutely exceptional and really added to the experience.
Our 3-year-old loved the playroom, which was a great bonus for families. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal.
We also travelled with our dog, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly towards us and our pet, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The management team was exceptional, going above and beyond to help with any enquiries. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always happy to help.
We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

No lift. However, this was made quite clear during the booking process. It was just unfortunate that we were on the top floor.
Location, facilities
On the whole staff were lovely. But one night they messed up our dinner order, lots of other customers had the same, and there was no apology or acknowledgement of the mess up - which I thought was poor. An apology can go a long way!
