Our water didn’t drain from the basin in our bathroom
Great location, clean facilities, and a lovely swimming pool
The location was great, the pool was lovely.
The room we had didn’t have a very nice view and the bed wasn’t too comfy. The living room area wasn’t very cosy.
Excellent self catering accommodation would definitely stay again
Lovely property with great facilities for young kids. Cafe was good, but very busy and pool and jacuzzi were lovely. Beds were comfy and facilities in the room (and extra room for the kids) was great.
TV was frustrating to use, and missed not having a sauna and steam (they could’ve been at the gym, but weren’t at the pool).
ALL of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and EVERYTHING worked (nothing worse than booking a hotel and the shower being dodgey and the hair dryer not working). Food was yummy - cannot fault this place whatsoever!

Restaurant was crowded and not enough stuff.
The apartment was comfortable and everything was easy to find. We were only staying for 1 night on the way to stay with my sister in Falmouth. I would recommend it as a brilliant place to bring a family. The facilities are excellent.
Nothing
The design is modern and stylish, and we absolutely loved our ocean view room – definitely worth booking.
The room was spacious and spotlessly clean.
The large bed was great size-wise, and we really appreciated the lack of carpets, which often feel unhygienic.
The pool area is beautiful and very clean, and the pool itself is a great size for a hotel – much bigger than what you usually find. Fresh towels are always available, which is a big plus.
The game room and playground areas for children are excellent.
The café offers good prices and everything we tried was delicious.
Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout.
The air conditioning was slightly noisy if you’re sensitive to sound, although we couldn’t hear any traffic from outside at all.
The restaurant food was tasty, but we would have liked to see more classic Italian dishes without modern twists.
Check-out at 10am felt a bit early.
The bed, while large, was quite firm and the duvet rather heavy but this may simply come down to personal preference.
