Ort der Entspannung
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war viel schöner als gedacht. Mein Zimmer und das Bad waren äusserst grosszügig geschnitten, sehr sauber, modern und einfach zum wohlfühlen. Die Aussicht im zweiten Stock war toll und die Umgebung ruhig und entspannend.
Das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend, ein Plus war das es ein Café und abends auch ein Restaurant gab, da es ohne Auto doch schwierig gewesen wäre, essen zu gehen.
Pool und Spa Gegend waren gepflegt, sauber und einladend.
Vor dem Hotel lässt es sich gut wandern und den Strand geniessen.
Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt genossen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Ohne Auto ist es doch schwierig irgendwohin zu kommen, da es nur einen Bus pro Stunde gibt.
Die Tücher im Poolbereich werden zur Verfügung gestellt, was natürlich toll ist, aber ich fände es wirtschaftlicher, wenn die Tücher aufs Zimmer genommen werden könnten, damit sie am nächsten Tag abermals gebraucht werden könnten.

Our studio apartment was perfect in every way for our needs… it was clean with all the little touches for making our stay comfortable… e.g. hand and body wash, milk and tea/coffee for our use and it was a real bonus we were facing the sea and had access to a pool… so thank you for everything

Pros:

The facilities were great. We loved the pool and restaurant and cafe. The staff were lovely and friendly.

Cons:

Once we had checked in and went to the room, there was a musky smell in the two bedroom apartment that we had booked.
We quickly noticed that none of the windows opened so there wasn’t any way to get fresh air into the apartment. You could smell the previous visitors. It was very offputting.
Even with aircon, it was really stuffy and we struggled not being able to open a window.

The next thing we noticed was there was nowhere to hang our coats - there should be a hook behind the door or on the wall near the door as this was a problem.

There also wasn’t anywhere in the ensuite to put any products not even to put your toothbrush. There has to be a shelf or something installed in the ensuite bathroom, particularly for toothbrushes, face wash make-up et cetera. It was lacking.
The internal ensuite also couldn’t handle the steam from the shower so the fan was massive overwhelmed and constantly dripped - it was placed above the toilet so we had to use the toilet in the main bathroom.

The beds were very uncomfortable - really hard and the pillows were really soft so we all woke up with sure backs and necks.

The view from the first floor was very restricted so we were looking out on to the roof from every window for about 2/3rds of the view.

SeaSpace is undeniably a beautifully designed property, and the concept is appealing. Unfortunately, the experience itself fell far below the standard one would expect for this level of pricing and positioning.

After travelling more than five hours with young children, we discovered an apartment with constant road and car park noise, making rest virtually impossible — particularly in the main bedroom. What is most concerning is that the hotel later confirmed that all ocean view apartments are exposed to the same environment and soundproofing limitations.

Had this been communicated with greater transparency at the time of booking, we simply would not have chosen this property for a family stay.

What ultimately left the worst impression was not the issue itself, but the response to it: polite, certainly, but entirely ineffective. No meaningful solution was proposed during the stay, despite the obvious discomfort caused.

There is a considerable difference between aesthetic hospitality and actual guest comfort. Sadly, this property prioritises the former.

A disappointing experience overall, and not one we would repeat.
