Selianitika - a gem of a place
Pros:

Fantastic location close to beach and restaurants. Really good shower and nice, shaded balcony. The owner is really friendly and lives on site.

Cons:

Kitchen equipment lacking, teaspoons, toaster, kettle (although one was provided on request) and our ring tops weren't connected (first season under new owners apparently).

I enjoyed staying here and am pleased with the space. Would recommend to others.
Pros:

Great location! Very close to the beach and to local stores, such as the supermarket, gift shop, and the restaurants along the strip of Sellianitika are at your feet. The facility was very clean, suitable to basic necessities, and the staff was very hospitable and accommodating.

Cons:

Did not dislike the property.

The A/C could not cool the room, There was no hot water in the shower. Everything else was the minimal basic level.
We are traveling at 2-3 star hotels, and this one is 1 star, maybe.
